“You are lucky today, our high–ranking werewolves will choose some of you to be their bed warmers.” 

I heard Adonis say as I reached the door to their Pack House, and then it was followed by a collective loud gasp. I frowned. 

This was not why I came here, to enslaved women and children. Javier stole my supplier, I came here to punish him, only to find that he left his Luna and people behind. Not only that, the other two Alpha all left their Lunas behind. 

What a coward 

It was easy to take over here, they did little fight, maybe it was because all their Alphas fled. I heard they got all the Lunas, hoping they would come back and get them. They were ignorant to hope so, Alphas that could leave their Lunas behind, wouldn’t come back for 

them. 

“I would take one Luna, it must be great to have a Luna as a sex slave.” 

It was Mason’s voice, was he always this disrespectful when I was not around? 

“You can’t do this to the captives! This is against the regulation of the werewolf union!” 

It was a female voice, it must be one of the Lunas. She was so cute to think that they cared about the werewolf union’s regulation. They only cared about my words. But my curiosity was piqued, I wanted to see what she looked like. 

I moved closer to the door. There she stood in the middle of the room with other Lunas. With my perfect werewolf vision, I could see that her eyes were green, it was a beautiful fresh color. Other Lunas were either in their pajamas or their daily wear, but she was wearing her battle outfit like she was ready to fight. 

Why not fight then? 

Mason went up to grab her face. 

“Well I’d like to see what you can do about that then.” 

The next moment her hand flew to his neck, she was choking him. My men all rushed to stop her, threatened by her, they were so ridiculous. 

It looked like she was choking him to death. Well, I guess I had

“Let her go.” I said as I walked in.. 

All the people in the room stopped to look at me, including her. When I looked at her pretty green eyes, her delicate face. She didn’t look like those plastic dolls that those Alphas brought with them, she looked so real and alive, the fire in her eyes when her hand was on Mason’s neck, I felt like my breath was caught in my throat. A surge of hotness ran through my body. 

“I want her.” My wolf Dir 

Diego said. 

Yeah, I wanted her too. 

I marched towards her, she let go of Mason involuntarily. I stopped right before her, and only then did I know how petite she was. I was towering over her. She was so small yet she tried to stand up for the other Lunas, How cute. And the fire in her eyes when she was looking at me, it made me want her even more, 

I lent down and take a good look at her, her sweet natural scent caught up to me, what was her scent? Iris? Perhaps. 

She was so irresistible

I heard everyone gasp. Why? Couldn’t I take what I want and who I want? 

“Alpha Vernon, she was the Luna of the Crescent Manes Pack, she’s a used good, why don’t you pick from those unmated she–wolves?” Adonis came forward to me as he said. 

Foolish. I could have whoever I want even if she was the Luna of this Pack. Why would I care if she’s mated or not!

“She’s mine, and mine only,” I said while glancing at Mason, I knew he was also interested in her, but I needed him to know that she was off–limit 

And out of the corner of my eyes, I saw her tremble, she was sensitive too. A playful thought came to my mind, as I brought my lips to brush the shell of her ears. 

She clenched her legs together involuntarily, I couldn’t help but chuckle. It seemed that she was sensitive to my touch. I would definitely use that to my advantage. 

“Adonis, arrange for her accommodation, and clean her, thoroughly. You can decide what you want to do with the rest. I said as I waved at my Beta, I would not let them enslave those women and children, but I wouldn’t say so in front of her. 

I looked at her again before I left. From her expression, it seemed she was still in shock. I did hope she could snap out of this soon enough because I knew my desire couldn’t wait. 

I went to the Alpha’s office. I took a look around and sat down 

After only 5 minutes, Adonis found me in the office. 

“Alpha Vernon. I had arranged a maid to assist her, and two more guards to prevent her from running. I found some more information about her,” Adonis was a good Beta, he did what I want without even asking, “Her name is Shannon, she’s the Luna of the Crescent Manes Pack, and her husband was Terry Steuber. 

“She 

was his chosen mate. But a few weeks ago. He found his true mate, and he basically abandoned her ever since. That’s why he fled without her. 

Poor thing, her husband left with his true mate and left her here. She must be upset. But just then when I looked at her eyes, the fire in her eyes told me that she was more angry than upset. And I had even heard of her before, said that she was a great help for her Alpha, she’s a great fighter, etc. I saw what she did to Mason, I didn’t doubt that at all Kitty got her claws, 

But, how do I tame this kitty? Diego growled, he liked the sound of that 

“Alpha Vernon, what do we do with the rest of the women?” Adonis snapped me out of my imagination. 

“Anything but to enslave them. It was bad enough that their Alphas left them here, we don’t need to bring any more suffering to them. We are here to punish the Alphas, not to bring destruction to the civilians.” 

“Yes. Alpha Vernon.” 

“And one more thing. I need you to punish Mason for his words and action, it was really disrespectful of him to do this. He needed to know who she belongs to.” 

Yes, Alpha Vernon.” I could tell that Adonis hesitated for a moment before he replied. 

I could guess why, it was hard for him to punish Mason, they were close. But my order was the order, he had to obey it. It was also his punishment for questioning my decision earlier. 

Some time had passed. The maid came in and told me that she had Shannon cleaned up. I waved her out. Now it was time to collect my trophy for this trip. 

When I got to the Alpha’s room, I found Shannon rummaging the whole place. From the looks of it, it didn’t seem like she lived her before, she was acting like she didn’t know this place very well, 

And she was so focused on her task, she didn’t notice I was standing behind her. Now she was going through every drawer of the room. 

What was she looking for? 

She finally noticed me and snapped around frantically, I wrapped my arms around her, feeling her soft body pressed against me. 

“What are you doing?”
