Chapter No 28 Revealing the secret

He ran towards her making Wanda Startled.

“Jacob,” She called out his name but he was not listening.

Hazel who was talking to Kai suddenly became alert when she saw Jacob running towards her. He reached her and hugged her.

“What are you doing, let go of me,” she screamed.

“Dad, let her go, what are you doing?” said Carmen who was standing with Wanda.

He let her go and looked into her eyes.

“You are alive,” he whispered.

Wanda and Carmen walk toward them.

“What are you talking about Dad?” asked Kai.

“Wanda, look, she is alive?” he said.

“What do you mean by she is alive?” asked Carmen.

“Wanda, it’s Althea’s and Tyler’s daughter, why didn’t you recognize her>” he screamed.

“What?” she asked in disbelief.

“Yeah I am 100 percent sure, she is his daughter,” he said while looking into her eyes.

“How come you say that?” she asked in disbelief. Hazel was looking at him in disbelief.

“Her looks, her looks are exactly like Tyler’s, why didn’t you consider?” he asked.

“Tyler?” She looked at her thoroughly. “How come I know Jacob? I have seen Tyler only once when he came here,” she said while crossing her arms.

“She is his daughter, with every feature like him,” he said.

“Wait, what is going on Dad, who is this Althea?” asked Kai.

“Jacob, if you are right I think we should tell this to our children,” she said softly.

She walked ahead and hugged Hazel.

“You are part of my best friend, the girl who was closest to me and I did not recognize you,” she said sadly.

“We will tell you everything, Kai, call everyone in the meeting room,” Wanda said to Kai who nodded. Hazel smiled.

After fifteen Minutes

“Do you have any idea why Dad has called us here? Don’t tell me you spilled everything about where I was?” asked Ryan with doubt.

“It’s all fine Luna, let everyone come, I have to discuss something,” he said smiling. Then the door behind them opened and they turned to look. It was a tall dark-haired boy who had light blue eyes. Hazel recognized him, he was the boy she met an hour ago. He looked sober now. He walked towards Jacob and hugged him.

“Welcome back Uncle Jacob,” he said smiling.

“He has an attractive voice,” said Clair. Hazel felt her heartbeat fast.

“Hi Eden,” he said, smiling. He walked towards the corner and stood there while leaning on the wall.

“So everyone is here, I want to give you some surprise,” said Jacob.

“Don’t tell us, you got her pregnant again,” said Alex laughing Wanda rolled her eyes.

“Will you keep it shut?” she said.

“You know what bad timing dear mate,” said Nicky Alex’s mate. He smiled flirting.

“Go on Jacob, what is it?” asked Mateo.

“Hazel is Tyler’s daughter,” he said while pointing at her. They all looked at Hazel in disbelief, making her feel uncomfortable.

“You mean? He is having an affair other than that fake bitch, I knew karma will hit that bitch” said Alex in disbelief. Jacob laughed.

“No my dear friend, she is the daughter of Althea,” he said happily.

“How come you are so sure?” asked Julius.

“I have got three reasons one fact, first her facial features she is the exact copy of Tyler, a second look at the necklace she is wearing it is the necklace of the moon goddess, Tyler left it with Althea I know it because since when I got my senses and my wolf back I have not seen it with Tyler plus the necklace was not with him since he last visits this place and fourth the fact, Althea was pregnant when she was gone missing, it’s been sixteen years and now after two months it would be seventeen years and by looks, I can guess Hazel is sixteen,” he said smiling.

“I can recognize her, I can smell my best friend. She is my bunny’s daughter,” he said with tears in his eyes.

“If she is here and as she said she was left in an orphanage which means…..” said Wanda sadly.

“Althea is gone” Mateo completes his sentence in a whisper.

“And Tyler was unable to feel it because he had not marked his mate,” said Grace sadly.

“Dad, now not our safety is not at stake but Hazel’s also we have to keep her low,” said Ryan who spoke for the first time in a while.

“Yeah I am thinking that too, now she is our pack member and she does not know anything about the werewolf’s world we have to teach her and get her admission to high school,” said Kai.

“High school? But we will tell them who she is and by her looks, they will know everything” said Wanda worried.

“Don’t worry about her looks, I will cover it” said Carmen.

“Please don’t make her like dad,” said Ryan. Jacob looked at him and then at his robes.

“You almost made me warlock,” he said, annoyed. “And for her name, I will give her mine name, I will tell them she is my niece,” said Hannah Mateo’s mate Zyair has a lot of features like his mother.

“So all done, we will teach her how to shift,” said Kai.

“Eden you are elder in all you have to keep an eye over them in school like you always did,” said Jacob, Eden nodded yes. He looked at Hazel from the corner of his eyes who was still crying.

“That’s done, Hazel will go to common high school for werewolves but remember everyone from the area goes there royals, none royals should recognize her,” said Jacob.

“Don’t worry I will cover that” said Carmen.

“We will teach her how to shift so it won’t be a problem in training classes,” said Ryan and Kai in one voice.

“Okay honey, I am going back they will be suspicious,” Jacob said while kissing Wanda.

“At least you could stay by tonight” she whispered. He gives her a very sad look. “You know honey, I can’t” he whispered and goodbye kissed her. He left.

“So she stole her father’s looks,” said Julius, smiling.

“I am shocked we did not recognize first,” said Grace.

“Let’s go, Hazel, you must be tired,” said Carmen. Unconditionally, Hazel looked at Eden who was looking at her their eyes met for a few seconds and then both girls left the room.

He was staring at the closed door.

“Eden honey, you have to be extra careful now, the girl is in danger if her secret is in danger,” said Grace.

“Don’t worry Mum I will cover that,” he said in a deep voice.

Lying over her bed she was thinking about her recent discovery. She never thought that by escaping from her hell she will find the truth about her parents, she always wondered what happened to her parents and why they left her, and today she has every answer. She has lost her mom and now she does not want to lose her dad, she decided to do anything to save her dad. Thinking about this, she fell asleep.

She got up by playful sounds. She went to her window and looked down and everyone was playing with a ball. Eden was leaning at the nearby tree. She felt he does not speak too much. She was staring at him from her window. He was looking at his phone. He had a straight nose, fair complexion, and small lips. She was observing him when suddenly he looked up, and much to her embarrassment their eyes locked with each other. He was directly looking inside her soul.

“How did he know?” he thought, panicked.

She felt her heart beat fast and then she turned towards her bed in a rush.

“What is happening to me why I am feeling so much pull towards him?” she asked. She went inside the shower room.

She chose to wear a yellow top and white shorts. She and Carmen were almost the same size and height, she was 5.3, slim and fair. Yellow was suiting her.

She went down where everyone was.

“Hi Hazel,” said Zyair who was throwing a ball toward Carmen.

“Good morning Hazel,” said Kylian, who was reading a book.

“Hello Carmen, have you eaten your breakfast?” said Ryan. She nodded in No.

“Why you might need strength because we will teach you how to shift today,” he said while crossing his arms.

“Today?” she asked, astonished.

“Yeah today we have school next week so you have to learn it before school,” he said.

“Okay I will eat something”

After an Hour

“You ready?” asked Kai. She nodded.

“Go behind the trees and take your clothes off,” said Ryan.

She looked at him as if he said he is gay.

“What?” she said startled, Kai put his hand over his head in disappointment.

“Hazel let it go,” said Kai.

“But brother, her clothes would be torn,” Ryan said.

“We will arrange new clothes brother,” he said exhausted.

“Yeah fine, by the way, it made me sick seeing my cousin naked,” he said while making his expression like he is about to puke.

“Yeah that’s awkward,” said Kai.

“Okay Hazel, close your eyes and feel your wolf,” said Ryan. She closed her eyes and tried to feel.

“Nothing,” she said while opening them again.

“Concentrate,” said Kai. She closed her eyes again and this time felt a sharp pain in her body. She started feeling so much pain.

“Relax you’re doing it since it’s your first shift you will feel pain,” she heard Ryan’s voice.

“Here we go almost,” he heard Kai.

She felt her body getting heavier and after a few seconds, she felt it light. She opened her eyes. Both Kai and Ryan were looking at her like they had seen some Ghosts. She was huge and pure white but her eyes were covered with a grey pattern and they were purple. They have never seen something like this. They were looking at her Jaw-drop.

“Mom,” they both screamed.
