He is distress,

I can feel it .

He took my energy away from me, in return he gave me his and I am the one who is in distress right now.

But they can't be in control, no one is allowed to control my mind but me.

I am the one who is in control, I can tame that demon down.

Shivering that's his energy, it was so dark that can pull your spirit down,

He got the smile, that demon is taking in control of his mind,

His soul is drowning, striving to survive,

They left him a match without a lighter on his hand.

But I know he is fighting back!.

He is gonna win, he is going to own and win his battle.

As he invited me in, I went in, we dive down into the brown pool valley of his soul, it’s tingling, dark shivering runs into my spine, it hit me hard, into my system.

He consumed whatever amount of air I store inside my brain, suffocating my lungs, I gave in, I entertained them.

It feels like I was an infiltrated balloon, deflated by

the needle pricked into my skin, it was agonizing,

the pain he was embracing, the wounds from his past and the scars that never left forgotten.

In his mind the struggle he was in,

deep or shallow it was terrifying,

Nerve-wracking, the experience.

His weakness that has given him strength, to fight back on his own fear,

to move forward and become a man again,

to look forward to the day,

to finally reaching where he is in, right now that he finds his way back into the light again,

Leaving the darkness behind,

He welcome the new beginning.

Some say our mind is so powerful that it can be in control of ourselves, it can dictate us what to feel, how to feel and how to deal with our feelings and every decision we make in life, but we can be in control of our thoughts, we can control what we are thinking, we can be the one who is in control of whatever we want to do and what we want to feel, we are well capable of winning and owning a battle between the devil and our own will.
