Alone in Darkness

I felt like the world is shifting around me,

Getting out of my comfort zone,

where do I belong?

Where is my home?

Have you ever felt you were walking just like the zombie?

Felt haze with the pace of time that moves quickly around you,

Lost in a world where there's no place to feel safe to offer you,

Those arms that you've been yearning to be around you,

it felt nothing but just a dream that only your subconscious mind could make happen,

Those tears in your eyes would never make it difference,

The numbness still there,

The pain still lingers

I'll just ignore it anyway.

I wonder when I would feel ready to fall in love again?

Now that I'm starting to fall in love with myself more than anything.

Selfish of what you were feeling,

Guarding your emotions, to gain strength

while letting yourself being consumed by what you called pain to numb every limb of your system.

To move forward in life, ignoring your feelings and letting things happen,

with the mindset of yours, not the one who is being in control of your path but the universe,

And your fate belongs to the creator itself.

Just a lost soul displace inside the body of a mere fragile human being,

Who never realize that they were lost on this planet until they've found their alignment with the stars, which put back the colours in their eyes and made them smile again.
