Alonzo's Custom Ring Store

Antonio POV

A few days after the incident, with finding Glen's severed head in a box, we later saw his beat-up body in the forest not too far from the pack. We made arrangements to cremate and bury him in the pack cemetery. Glen didn't have any other family members, and he lived alone.

I was at Alonzo's custom ring store. At the same time, Carter and Juliano were baby shopping, getting last-minute gifts for their mates and pups. Alonzo was the best ring maker in California.

He placed the engagement ring into a smaller box with a royal blue cushion to keep it secure and bagged them separately. I thanked Alonzo again and paid for the rings.

I exited the store. Carter and Juliano stood near the entrance as they smiled widely at me.

"Well?" they both asked. I took the engagement ring out and showed them.

"My Luna has my heart, and she deserves the best," I said, smiling, and put the ring back in the bag.

"Well, Juliano, who would have guessed that our Luna makes our Alpha a love-sick puppy," Carter laughed as Juliano smirked.

We walked to a few more stores and grabbed lunch. I had the strangest feeling I was being watched. I looked around the food court as our warriors were near but saw nothing.

"What's up, Alpha?" Carter asked.

"Huh?" I looked at him.

"You were looking all distant."

"Everything okay?" Carter asked as I looked at him and Juliano.

"I just had a strange feeling someone was watching me," Carter looked at Juliano as they both looked at me.

"It's probably nothing, guys," I said as we finished lunch.

We headed to the SUVs where my warriors were waiting. We entered the SUVs as Liam drove, and Rafael sat in the passenger seat. As we drove toward the territory, that feeling returned.

I looked out the side mirror and saw a black sedan a few feet back. I mind-linked the head warrior in the last SUV.

"Felipe," I linked.

"Alpha?" he replied.

"See that black sedan a few cars behind?" I asked in the link.

"Yes, Alpha. I see the car," Felipe said.

That car had been following us since we left the mall. I want to know who has the balls big enough to follow an Alpha and his entourage of warriors.

"Apprehend that car and find out who the hell they are," I said in the link.

"We will take care of it, Alpha," Felipe said as his team pulled over to stop the black sedan.

"Liam, pull over," I said as Ares was growling in my head.

"What's going on?" Carter asked.

"We have company, and I don't think it's the friendly kind," I said slowly as I exited the SUV.

While Carter and Juliano exited the SUV, Felipe and his team stopped the black sedan. I heard Camila's nasally voice and cringed.

"Where is my mate? Where is he?" Camila screeched. Ares growled and clawed to take control.

"Antonio!" Camila yelled my name. My black eyes flashed at her as she gasped.

"What the hell do you want? I am not your mate!" I growled.

I sniffed the air and smelled pack wolves. I didn't particularly appreciate where this was going. About one hundred wolves jumped out from the bushes and started attacking us.

I sent out a mind link for backup, which is about five minutes from the territory. I looked back and saw Camila had a smirk on her face. I shifted, and Ares started ripping out throats. Ares tilted his head and saw Conrad's son and the vampire watching the show atop the hill.

"Cowards!" Ares roared and ripped out the throat of another wolf.

Abaddon POV

This plan would've been brilliant if that fucking Alpha wolf wasn't so strong. I watched him tear throats out left and right. I cackled. No matter, he would still die, and Staci would be mine.

I saw his wolf eyes look at me and growl, and I scoffed.

"Typical, Alpha wolf," I thought.

I looked at Sorina. She was still giving me the silent treatment, and I had to force myself on her a few times to vent my frustrations. I felt a surge of power and looked out onto the field and saw my bride. My eyes glowed, and my fangs extended.

"Oh damn," I thought. Her wolf was sexier up close with that pure white fur and mesmerizing blue eyes.

I watched with interest as she used her powers, making my cock hard in my pants. I looked back to the fighting and scoffed as half of the Blood Moon warriors were defeated.

"We should retreat now," Conrad's brat of an Alpha whined.

I watched as Staci tore off the head of Conrad's sister as he howled from the pain. I shook my head.

"Sorina, let's go," I growled.

I looked back and noticed she wasn't following me. I watched her face as she focused on a dark red wolf with sea-green eyes and heard her mumble.

Before I could grab her, she shimmered to where the wolf stood. I roared and retreated to the Blood Moon pack with the Alpha brat hot on my heels.

Liam POV

I was tearing throats out of Blood Moon warriors left and right, protecting my Alpha, when I caught the scent of sunflowers, which had my wolf Lobo howling.

Lobo lifted his head toward the hill where a beautiful jet-black wavey-haired woman stood, and our eyes locked.

"Mate!" Lobo growled through our link. We stared as she shimmered toward us before the vampire grabbed her.

"Beloved?" she whispered as she stood before us.

The fighting slowed as Lobo stared at our mate and howled happily. We shifted back and put on some shorts, which we kept inside the SUVs as the remaining Blood Moon warriors retreated.

"Mate," I called out as she stared at me.

She was the most beautiful woman I had ever seen. She was about 5'6 with long, jet-black, wavey black hair, brown eyes, and pale skin.

I sniffed again and realized she was a vampire, and my eyes widened.

"Who cares what she is."

"That's our mate. Claim her," Lobo growled in my head.

"What's your name, beautiful?" I asked as her eyes looked me up and down.

"It's Sorina," her thick, accented voice spoke, making my wolf howl and prance inside my head.

"Full name?" I asked as she shivered.

"Sorina Larissa Cosma," she said and gulped.

"I, Liam Tobias Campbell, accept you, Sorina Larissa Cosma, as my mate," I said as she gasped and covered her mouth with her hands.

"You accept me."

"Even though I'm a vampire," Sorina said as tears glistened her eyes.

"Yes. I don't care that you're a vampire."

"The goddess blessed me with you," I said as Sorina ran into my arms and squeezed my waist.

Sorina POV

When Liam said he accepted me as his mate, I felt the tears sting my eyes. For so long, I wanted to find love, and when Abaddon approached me, I thought I finally had until he turned me into a fucking vampire.

A tall, very muscular male with tattoos, jet-black wavey hair, and greenish-blue eyes approached us, along with a tall, blonde-haired woman with crystal blue eyes. My eyes widened as I felt their auras and knew they had to be the Alpha and Luna.

Staci POV

"The vampire ran away!" Solaris growled as we shifted back and put on shorts and a T-shirt.

I watched as the other Blood Moon warriors retreated and looked at my mate. Antonio looked angry as his eyes glowed, and his aura expanded.

"What?" I asked as he looked at me.

"We will talk about this later," Antonio said, making me roll my eyes.

"We're in trouble, Solaris says as I go to stand by my mate.

I looked over to where Liam stood, saw a beautiful woman talking to him, and gasped at what I heard.

"Oh goddess, Liam found his mate," I squealed and clapped.

"She's a vampire," Solaris said. I sniffed the air and realized she was right. I wonder what happened to her. Antonio and I approached Liam and his mate.

"Alpha, Luna," Liam bowed.

I watched Antonio wave him off and look at the woman beside him.

"What's your name, miss?" Antonio asked her as Liam let out a low growl. Antonio chuckled.

"I'll let that growl slide for now, Liam, since I already assumed she was your mate," Antonio said as Liam apologized for his wolf's outburst.

"My name is Sorina, Alpha," I watched as Antonio extended his hand, and Sorina shook it and then shook mine.

"Luna," she bowed.

"Welcome to the Blue Eclipse pack, Sorina," Antonio announced with a broad smile spread across his face.

After we got all the bodies of the dead warriors cleaned up and headed back to pack territory, Antonio pulled me to his office.

"What the fuck, Staci?" Antonio growled as I rolled my eyes.

"I was helping by protecting our pack, Antonio," I said, folding my arms and focusing my blue eyes on him.

"You put yourself in danger!"

"The vampire was there, and anything could've happened!"

"We have a son, Staci," Antonio roared.

I saw him fighting with his wolf, his eyes flickering between greenish-blue and black. I sighed.

"Look, I was well protected, and we handled the situation."

"I am not pregnant or vulnerable anymore. I am the Luna of this pack, and it's my job to help protect it!" I shouted.

I knew I upset him when I heard the massive growl he let out as Ares was pushing forward, so I ran to him and wrapped my arms around his waist.

I smiled and grabbed her hand, leading her out of the bedroom and toward the elevator. Through our bond, I could feel she was a bit nervous about going out tonight, but I assured her we would be safe.

I hoped today's event didn't spoil my plans tonight. We arrived on the first floor and headed out of the castle to my car. I had two other SUVs following us.

"The view on the pack territory is better," I smirked as she smiled at me. We ordered wine as the waiter left and looked over the menu.

"It all looks so good," Staci squealed and giggled.

"You love food, don't you," I said as Staci nodded.

The waiter returned with a bottle of Gaja Barbaresco and poured our glasses. I caught him eye-fucking Staci and growled lowly.

"Sorry, Alpha," he bowed and straightened up.

"Are we ready to order?" he asked, and I let Staci go first.

"I'll have the chicken parmesan with roasted broccoli and garlic bread," Staci told the waiter, smiling.

"Alpha?" I looked at the waiter.

"I'll have the shrimp diavolo with grilled bell peppers and garlic bread," I said as the waiter wrote our orders down and collected the menus.

Staci and I conversed lightly and enjoyed each other's company. A few minutes later, the waiter returned with our food.

"Enjoy," he bowed and walked off. I heard Staci let out a soft squeal.

"Hungry, my love?" I asked as she giggled and blushed.

"Starving," Staci said, picked up her fork, and started eating.

After we finished dinner, I ordered a chocolate tiramisu for us as the waiter collected our dishes. A moment later, he returned with a piece of the cake, and Staci again squealed.

I forked some of it and fed it to her as she moaned in delight. Ares stirred and drooled over that moan and howled in my head.

"Will you be quiet, mutt," I growled at him.

"Asshole," Ares growled and retreated to the back of my mind.

"Fighting with Ares again," Staci smiled and licked the chocolate off her lips. I chuckled.

"Something like that," I said, staring into her crystal blue eyes.

After eating the cake, I got up from the chair, walked over to Staci, and grabbed her coat.

"Come with me," I said, holding my hand out.

Staci stood up and put her arms through her coat. I held her hand and let her outside toward the balcony. I had never been nervous because, after tonight, things would be different.

We walked toward the railing and looked at the view. The moon shone brightly, and the stars glowed everywhere. It was a serene night.

"Such a beautiful night," Staci said as I looked at her.

"I love you," I said, looking into her eyes as I pulled her to me and kissed her lips.

"Antonio, what are you..." Before she could ask, I got down on one knee and took her left hand in mine.

I took the box out of my pocket and opened it. She gasped with her other hand over her mouth as the tears started to flow.

"Staci, from the moment I knew you were my mate, I instantly fell in love with you."

"You bring life and love into my heart and brighten my day with your beautiful smile."

"So, tonight, I ask you, will you marry me?" I looked up into Staci's eyes. Staci was full-blown crying as I anticipated her answer.

"Oh, goddess," I thought as I saw Antonio get down on one knee and pull a small box out of his pocket. Inside was a beautiful emerald diamond cut engagement ring.

This man poured his heart into this proposal. I couldn't stop the tears from flowing as Solaris howled in my head. When he said those beautiful words to me, I cried harder.

I knew I wanted to marry this man in my heart, and tonight, after he finished his speech, he made that possible.

"Yes, yes, yes!" I shouted to the heavens. I felt him slide the ring on my finger as he stood and kissed my lips.
