Chapter 15 

Dominic and I are not talking. 

Usually, our silent treatments only last for a few hours, a whole day at most. But now? 

His silent has 

lasted for three days. 

It’s like I’m invisible, merely someone he passes by whenever our paths cross at home. We pretend in front of the children that everything is fine between us, but when we’re alone, he suddenly becomes silent and leaves, claiming he needs to attend to work in his company.
