Chapter 8 Meeting The Team

We walk out into a massive living room golden blue. It looks like an old hotel room maybe from the 1930s or even earlier. Who knows? Old pictures on the walls like family portraits. I see six humans an old man who looks like some type of professor, the woman looks like a doctor of some kind, the young lady looks like a computer tech and three men who look out of place here may a cop, fireman or even an exterminator who knows. Whoever these humans are they may as well cook themselves as they will end up as dinner for this lot?

“Don’t be mean” Aries says looking at me. I mean how way these humans don’t know what they have got themselves into here. I can sense the fear in here. Unless they are scared of Aries then there have nothing to fear. “Don’t be cheeky” I turn and smile. “Professor what we got?”

“Who have we got here?”

“Aphrodite I’m here to help you”

“As in the Goddess of Love”

“The one and only” I look at the professor “I know you have been trying to kill Nemesis for a very long time” He looks at me “I’ve seen all your attempts on him from 1950 all the way to now”

The rest of the human look at me as if there is something wrong with me. I turn look at Aries I have to go I’ve left Locan a full breed demon with Elijah an angle this could really get messy. I look at the human and turn to the window open it and smile.

“Apha where are you going to go?”

“To find Locan and Elijah”

“Locan fair enough but Elijah how way”

“Aries don’t tell me your jealous”

“No, I just can’t trust Elijah with you”

“Then trust me with Elijah” I turn and jump out the window black wings I hover outside of the window “Bye Aries my sweet Prince of Death” He walk over to the window and kisses me goodbye.

“Find them and bring them back we could do with some angels” The professor tells me

“I only have one angel and one demon to work with” With that I turn a fly off to find Locan before he tries to kill Elijah.

As I get back to the bridge Locan and Elijah are calm. A little too calm for my liking if I’m honest. I know the saying a little too well the calm before the storm. I see they know I know something. Here goes we need to talk about the weapon that the humans have got that could work or they could be walking into a trap and be killed even way this could all end bad for us three.

“The humans have made a weapon thing” I look at them “But I have no idea if it will work or not”

“What humans?” Locan asks

“Aries team of humans”

“He’s insane” Elijah adds

“That’s what I’m thinking as well” I look at both of them “This could be our only way of getting Nemesis, but I can’t do it without you two”

“I’m with you Apha” Locan says “But this maybe too dangerous for Elijah, we should just leave him here”

“Elijah it is up to you if you are in or out”

“I love you Aphrodite I’m in I will go wherever you lend me” Elijah says my sweet little angel.

“Well follow me”

“Where to?” Locan asks

“To the humans den” I say “And no you can’t eat them Locan”

“Well, they better have something I can eat”

The three of us head back to where I just came from. We have all been in battle before and they is no one I would raver have by my side then these two. People think it’s just a saying devil on one side and an angel on the over side to help you get through what you are going to do in my case it is really very much so. But I wouldn’t change that for the world I love these two. We fight together and, in their case, they fight each other as well. No winning I support.

Flying back in the window with Elijah and Locan. The humans look at us Aries see Elijah and goes to get up. Locan push him back in his seat. Locan see the plans and looks straight at me. I know this can’t be good.

“Apha this isn’t going to work” I walk over with Elijah “Don’t even think it Aries or I’ll have to kill you” Locan looks at Aries “I know I would love to kick Elijah head in but we kind of need him”

“What’s up Locan?” Picking up the plans “I didn’t get a good look at these before”

“Well maybe if you weren’t on the end of Aries dick you would have seen them a whole lot better”

“Don’t be a dick” Elijah says to Locan

“I forgot you were here” Locan tells him “I would say sorry but we both know I wouldn’t mean it”

“You such a nod jockey”

“And you’re a pussy but hey”

“Put your dicks away this isn’t a pissing competition” I tell both of them “Don’t even say it”

“Apha we would have more luck in you”

“What?” The professor asks

“Apha could chew on a piece of the vamps brain and lock on to their communication”

“Would that not be too risky” The doctor woman asks

“No apha made these thing” Locan looked around the room “I’ve killed many people in this room”

“Locan”

“Apha”

“Stop scaring the humans”

“Shit sorry forgot they were here”

“Fucking dick head”

“Blow me Elijah”

“Really Locan if we didn’t need you, I would make sure you would never get out of hell again”

“Don’t start Elijah” Aries says getting out of his seat “Cuz I wouldn’t mind having round two with you”

“Popcorn anyone” Locan says “This time I’ll let you two kill each other”

“Enough!” The professor shouts “This is what Nemesis want us to be fighting each other”

“He’s right” I say since I can now get a word in. I look at all three of them being little dicks. I see Aries and everything that we did last night comes popping in my head and I bite my lip smiling at my thoughts then I start see myself fucking Aries somewhere a bit more dangerous. And smile at the thought of it.

“Someone got naughty thoughts” Aries whisper into my ear I turn and smile at him he kisses me on the lips arms wrap round my waist. I can feel Elijah heart breaking as Aries is holding me tighter “It’s not your problem his heart isn’t your responsibly” If only you knew the truth about the past between us then again, it’s probable best you don’t “You and Elijah where a thing” He looks puzzled

“That’s putting it likely” Locan says “They had a full-on affair” Aries looked straight at Locan “What it’s no secret they were fucking whenever they had the chance to”

“Locan me and Aphrodite didn’t have an affair” Elijah says “And we weren’t fucking all the time”

“Of course, not Elijah making love then”

“No Locan me and Aphrodite only have sex once”

“Yeah, and Lillth my mother was a saint”

“Locan Elijah telling the truth”

“Can’t be you mean to tell me you two only ever did it once”

“Yeah, Elijah was playing hard to get”

“Elijah you pussy”

“Right, this isn’t the kind of thing we should be discussing” Aries says, “How are we going to get Nemesis?”

“Well, me, Locan and Elijah are going to find one of his vamps and we’ll work it from there”

“I’m not letting you go off with Elijah”

“She’ll be fine with me”

“What so you can try and get back in her knickers?”

“Well, there are her knickers so she can let who she wants in them it’s not up to you”

“Are you fucking with me?”

“Aries you wouldn’t know how to make her feel like a goddess” Elijah says “Cuz all you are is a fucking dirty little half breed” No sooner those words came out his mouth Aries punch him in his face. The two of them were at it again fighting kicking punching and of course Locan thought it was great fun to see these two trying to kill each other.
