Jonathan.

Hence, she raised her hand and shouted on purpose, “Alright, then we’ll split

into two teams. Anyone who wants to join our team, come and stand behind

us!”

In an instant, more than 20 people stood behind them.

It was not an unexpected outcome. All three divas were on that team, so

everyone would want to be on their team.

As for the remaining two, why didn’t they join?

That was because they were Isaac and Jonathan!

If they joined as well, it would be a team of 30 versus none. They would win by

default, so they didn’t even have to play!

Jonathan and Isaac could feel the cold wind breezing past them. The

will regret this!”

match would be too dull if to be proceeded as such, so they ignored the two

and divided themselves into seven groups. It was just right for every team to

have four members.

they had replicated video games in life–size.

In an attempt to create opportunities to be with Emmanuel, Claudette had

bag for Elizabeth so that the latter would help her distract Beatrix.

Beatrix was a smart person, so of course, she knew about that, too.

Though, she didn’t plan on intercepting them. After all, her mission was to

help their grandfather stimulate Mackenzie, particularly in the jealousy

department, so that she would realize how much she liked Emmanuel.

For now, she would just play along with them. After squeezing some nice

things from Elizabeth, she would leave in peace with Elizabeth instead of

being the third wheel for Emmanuel and Claudette.

Claudette finally got to have some alone time with her Prince Charming. She

quietly followed Emmanuel, enjoying the experience of being protected by

him.

Unfortunately, Emmanuel was a serious man. He didn’t take her hand, and he

was too focused on observing the terrain that she didn’t have any chance to

strike.

“Aah!”

As Claudette walked behind him, she suddenly tripped and fell.

“Are you okay, Ms. Lenoir?” 

It was only then that Emmanuel turned around and helped her up.

“I’m fine, but… Dr. Lowe, I’m walking at a slow pace, and I’m a clumsy person.

Won’t I be dragging you down? To tell you the truth, I don’t know how to play

at all!” she said with an apologetic look on her face.

The man finally smiled. “It’s just a game, so you don’t have to be that serious

about it. It doesn’t matter whether we win or lose.”

“But… winners can get a prize. I may be slow at this kind of game, but I still

want to experience the feeling of winning the game. I want to get the prize as

a memento, so… can you carry me, Dr. Lowe?”

Claudette blinked at him with her huge, bright eyes.
