Chapter 12 

Alexander reached out to turn on the light, and the room was instantly bright. 

He lowered his head and k*ssed Isabella gently on the corner of her mouth, asking, “Were you scared?” 

Isabella’s face was indifferent, but her eyes looked obviously cold. She elbowed. Alexander who grunted in pain immediately. Then he held the back of her n*eck and leaned over to k*ss her. 

It was a violent and passionate k*ss. 

Neither of them mentioned their quarrel a few days ago, as if it had never happened. 

After a while, Alexander let go of Isabella and sniffed at her. “Did you drink?” he asked. 

“No, it’s a new Valentine’s Day perfume, Sweet Wine. Isabella breathed quickly. Alexander picked her up and put her on the table. “Why are you here?” she asked. 

Instead of answering her, Alexander asked, “What day is tomorrow?” 

Isabella was all too familiar with these special holidays. “Valentine’s Day.” 

As soon as Isabella finished her words, the hand of the clock on the wall pointed to twelve o’clock. 

Bang! 

Suddenly, Isabella saw the fireworks in the sky through the French windows, brilliant and colorful, with sparks scattering lik 

a magnificent Milky Way waterfall pouring 

down from heaven. 

Dozens of brilliant fireworks exploded in the night sky, forming a few big words. 

“Happy Valentine’s Day, Isabella!” 

Alexander chuckled and hugged Isabella. Then he whispered in her ear, “Happy Valentine’s Day, Isabella.” 

The atmosphere grew increasingly heated. The k*ss mixed with the smell of slight alcohol made Alexander and Isabella succumb to their desires and lose themselves in 

the moment. 

When he was about to get into her, Alexander took a deep breath and released Isabella. 

Her clear eyes were soaked by lust. They were so charming as she stared at him confusedly.

Alexander reached for something square from the nightstand and said in a hoarse voice, “Put it on for me…” 

In the early morning, the sun was shining brightly. The soft and white clouds waved. against the clear blue sky. The morning sunlight shone into the bedroom through the cracks in the curtains. Isabella opened her eyes and saw Alexander’s n*ked upper b*dy. 

He possessed a striking physique, with a powerful chest and abdominal muscles. perfectly proportioned. As he breathed in sleep, his muscles rhythmically flexed with each breath, adorned with several scars and red scratches, adding to his undeniable 

allure. 

Noticing her gaze, Alexander turned around and k*ssed her. “Why don’t you get some more sleep?” he asked. 

Isabella shook her head and suddenly noticed something around her n*eck when she sat up. 

It was a jewel n*ecklace. 

The navy blue gem was pure and clear, set in a base of broken diamonds and mica. 

Alexander looked at her with affection and said, “Valentine’s Day gift.” 

They got dressed and went downstairs to have breakfast when they happened to meet Ethan. The latter didn’t look surprised at all and greeted Alexander with a smile, “Good morning, Mr. Knight.” 

After all, the fireworks last night were so high–profile that it was hard for Ethan to know about Alexander’s arrival. 

Alexander put his hand around Isabella’s shoulders casually and nodded lightly. However, his dark eyes were full of possessiveness and warning. 

Isabella pulled the corner of Alexander’s coat helplessly, and then he walked into the elevator with her in his arms. 

Ethan looked at their backs. The smile on his face faded and his eyes darkened. 

Isabella and Alexander didn’t stay in Londisy for a few more days. They flew home that day. 

Knowing that they were back together, many people in their circle were shocked. 

It turned out that Alexander didn’t go to punish Isabella but coaxed her back last night. 

Sherry was so angry that she smashed things in her room. Jane smoked and said, “Why are you so anxious? She’s just a plaything. No matter how nice Alexander is to her, het

won’t marry her.” 

Hearing this, Sherry calmed down and said, “That’s right. Mrs. Knight likes me. Our family friendship is long–established. Although Alexander doesn’t like to be arranged for marriage, he won’t refuse my requirements.” 

“Is that woman working at HEALER?” Sherry smiled and asked. “Will Alexander help. me if I want to be the spokesperson of HEALER?” Sherry said. 

Sherry had just returned home and was in desperate need of a luxury endorsement to show her business value. 

But HEALER was an arrogant brand. Even if a celebrity like Sherry took the initiative to negotiate cooperation with HEALER, the staff wouldn’t talk to her at all if the group was unwilling to cooperate with her. 

Sherry even wanted to let her family help her, but HEALER was controlled by the Myers family. It wouldn’t care about the Anderson family at all. However, it would be different if Alexander helped her.. 

That night, in Crown Manor, Isabella was feeding Wolf lamb chops. Alexander leaned aside and said coldly, “You never feed me.” 

Isabella picked up the lamb chops that Wolf had eaten half. “Here, eat it yourself if you want,” said Isabella. 

Alexander’s favorite thing was to tame those rebellious creatures. For example, Wolf looked more like a loyal and large wolfhound when it was with Alexander. But when it was in front of others, it looked like a real bloodthirsty beast. 

Alexander built Wolf a large courtyard set up to be a miniature jungle and equipped dozens of servants to take care of Wolf. 

Alexander pinched the back of Isabella’s n*eck and gently bit her l*ps. “You are so bold,” said him. 

Suddenly, Alexander took out his phone, opened a page, and handed it to Isabella. 

“Look.” 

Isabella took it over and saw the chat history between Sherry and Alexander. 

Half an hour ago, Sherry asked Alexander to help her get the endorsement of HEALER. Alexander didn’t agree or refuse. 

Isabella stared at Alexander’s last words for two seconds and then looked up at him. 

Alexander pressed his finger pulp against Isabella’s red mole and said in a hoarse and S*xy tone, “It’s up to you whether to give her the endorsement or not. It’s just…”

His implication was easy to understand. 

Isabella’s eyelashes trembled slightly. She put her arms around Alexander’s n*eck and touched his Adam’s Apple gently. 

Alexander stared at Isabella and said, “Go on.” 

Isabella k*ssed his thin l*ps again and touched the belt buckle of his suit pants with one hand. 

The faint fragrance of flowers lingered in the house, charming and tempting. 

Alexander at last stirred, wrapping his arms firmly around Isabella and intensifying their passionate union with a soulful embrace. Their bodies intertwined, blazing with an increasingly heightened ferocity. 

The furtive glimmer of moonlight invaded the chamber, its spectral gaze lingering. upon this covert sight. 

After it ended, Alexander k*ssed Isabella’s eyes and asked, “What do you want to do about the endorsement?” 

Isabella leaned against his arms with slightly moist eyelashes. “Sherry can’t endorse. HEALER. Change someone else.” 

Alexander smiled and asked, “Are you jealous?” 

Isabella closed her eyes and turned her head away. 

Alexander thought Isabella was shy, so he stopped teasing her and just asked, “Who should get the endorsement then?” 

Isabella said, “Jane.”
