Chapter No 49 Long Lost daughter

“I don’t know what happened to you Eden and trust me I don’t care. I want to tell you that if any shit of yours’ and hers’ try to hurt me or “our” baby then my dear, dear mate, I have already long forgotten who you are to me and I will ignore the fact that who you are to our child,” she said while moving her hand over Eden’s strong chest seductively. She turned and moved away walking strongly.

Patricia turned with anger and left, while Eden was still standing there expressionless.

“Okay Clair, let me out,” said Hazel.

“No, you will stay back, I will not give you any control,” said Clair stubbornly.

“Clair please, let me know I can’t stay here forever,” said Hazel. Clair was refusing to give up control on their human body.

“No, you are not taking good care of us, you know our pup is in danger due to those bastards, you are too weak to do it. That’s why I am in control, so that I can protect our pup” said Clair.

“Clair, I, I promise I will not be weak anymore and you, you can take control anytime,” said Hazel.

“Okay, but promise me you will take care of you and pup,” Clair has asked for her words.

“Fine, I will” said Hazel and Clair gave back control to Hazel.

Hazel took a deep breath.

Weeks passed and she was hearing gossips and whispering about her being slut.

“Mate less pregnant carrying someone else’ baby” said Kim whenever she passed by her.

Justin and the others were so much helpful for her, they were supporting her. She was a complete laughing stock for the whole school. She has not heard anything from Eden after that day. The whole school was talking about her and calling her baby bastard.

She was feeling hungry so she went to the café in order to buy something. Entering the café she first came across the Weavers sitting with Kai, Zyair, Kylian, Ryan and Carmen. Eden was not there but his so-called ‘mate Patricia was’.

She walked towards the counter and ordered tacos. She was passing by their table when she heard her name.

“People are extremely shameless, they enjoy shelter in our pack and behind our backs they cook plans, make out with upcoming Alpha and later getting exposed they say Alpha got them preggers” it was Carmen, she was sitting arm crossed on the table and her tone was sarcastic.

“We have already told you, you should not trust rogues, you trust a rogue second time and look, another plan cooked up,” said Patricia smiling.

The Weavers were all looking at Hazel with sadden expressions.

Carmen got up and walked towards Hazel.

“As shameless as a traitor,” she said while looking inside Hazel’s eyes. Her eyes were filled with tears.

“Why are you crying? Do you think we will get pity over you again?” said Carmen. She was nothing like Carmen, Hazel used to know, and she was cruel, like Patricia.

“Carmen, why are you doing this to me? Why are you getting rash over me? We are cousins and you know me more than anyone,” she said in the last sentence in a whisper.

“Ew…cousins? Yuck, taking you in, giving you a place in a pack house and you think you are our cousin?” said Carmen while getting a bit away as if Hazel is some kind of virus.

Hazel was unable to believe her ears, Carmen knew the plan and everything, even Weavers knew about Hazel’s heritage. She looked at Weavers, who was looking back at her, they all shrugged.

“You are making this place dirty so leave,” said Patricia while getting up.

“I said leave,” said Carmen in Patricia’s tone while pushing Hazel.

“Enough” said Fred. He got up and walked towards Hazel.

“That’s enough Carmen, she used to be your pack member and you are behaving like this to her, despite you knowing who she is?” he said angrily.

“Who is she?” asked Carmen while crossing her arms. Fred looked at her in disbelief.

“You know what Carmen? That’s enough” he said and left. Carmen looked over his broad shoulder and then turned towards Hazel.

“You bloody idiot, mate bond destroyer, my mate never has fought with me” she said screaming.

She pushes him and she has gone miss balanced when two strong arms held her in time. She looked up, it was Eden, he was looking inside her eyes while holding her shoulders and she was leaning on his broad chest.

They could feel each other’s heat. Eden felt a strange kind of trance. Unknown to both of them Hazel’s necklace starts glowing pure white. Patricia walked ahead and stood between them, separating them. The necklace stopped glowing before anyone could notice.

“Stay away from him” growls Patricia. Hazel felt a strong jolt of anger in her veins and she raised her hand slapping Patricia hard enough that she fell in Eden’s feet.

“Stay away from me,” she said and left.

Justin was playing football with Aria and Charlie, while Hazel was busy gardening. It was almost evening. She has loved plants since childhood. She was now watering the plant. Her long hair was caught in the messy bun. Eden’s mark could be clearly seen on her neck. She was feeling a bit relaxed by now. Finishing the gardening she went towards the lawn and sat over the chair. Harper brought fresh beetroot juice for her.

“Why you always do this to me” she whines.

“Come on, it is very necessary for you” said Harper. She took the glass from her and started drinking.

“Where is Zoe?” Hazel asked.

“She went to the market with Kyden and Skylar” Harper replied.

She was observing Aria’s football moves when she felt sharp pain over her neck where Eden’s mark was. She groans with pain and then she screams.

Justin and Aria, who were chasing the ball, turned towards her. Charlie was near so he ran towards the direction where she was.

“Hazel? Hazel? What happened? Are you okay?” asked Harper worried.

Aria and Justin also came there. “What happened?” Justin asked.

Hazel was crying while touching her mark, she was in extreme pain.

“Guys, is this labor pain?” Charlie asked. Aria rolls her eyes.

“She is only four month pregnant, you idiot” said Harper.

“He is about to mark that bitch,” said Hazel with pain.

“No, he can’t, he already has marked you, if he does so, it’s going to kill you both” said Justin angrily.

“I will not leave that perk” said Harper.

Hazel’s eyes turned purple and her necklace started glowing white.

“Look, it’s her necklace” said Harper.

Hazel got up and this time it was Clair.

“I will not let him do that” said Clair and turned into her wolf. She ran away.

“Oh, shit, Clair she is brutal, we have to do something she’s going to kill her” said Harper.

“Tell the Alpha, I am going after her” said Justin.

“No Justin, you cannot go like this in River-stone territory, it’s dangerous” said Aria angrily.

“I am leaving” he said and turned into his wolf.

“I am mind linking Alpha, this is not good” said Aria.

She was running as fast as she could. She has never gone River-stone pack before, All she wanted to do was to stop him. Her wolf was white and had a patch of brown like Canis lupus fur, this could get her into trouble but all she was doing was at her own risk.

After a while she arrives at the territory of River-stone pack. She was still feeling pain over her neck. Without thinking about anything else, she entered the territory. The guardian wolves started chasing her, but she was running fast. She passed by a man, a man who knows her, a man who knows everything. Jacob’s expressions turned dangerously dark as he saw Clair running and chased by guardian wolves.

“This is not good” he muttered and turned into his wolf and ran out of the territory.

“What do you mean by she is gone to River-stone?” said Kyden angrily.

“Her mate was about to mark someone and she lost control,” said Harper.

“Alpha would be here by any time” said Aria.

Caleb was in school, he had detention today, so he was late. He looked exhausted. By looking at their faces he felt something was wrong.

“What is it?” he asked.

“It’s Hazel, she went to river-stone” said Aria.

“What? You got to be kidding me, they will kill her” he said, annoyed.

“Eden was about to mark someone else” said Charlie.

“I am leaving,” said Caleb and turned towards the gate.

“Caleb?” called out Aria. She ran after him as he shifted into his wolf. Like all River-stone Caleb could turn into his wolf, but his wolf is like any normal wolf without any sense.

Aria shifts in her wolf form.

“Caleb, what have you done? How would you control it?” she said through a mind-link.

“Don’t worry, I don’t know how but I could do it,” he said.

“You shift?” she asked.

It was his first shift.

“We have to make a plan, Justin also has left for River-stone and now they both,” said Charlie worried.

“Gather the others’ we are in trouble,” said Kyden.

“It’s Alpha, she is here,” said Skylar who entered the room. Althea entered the room and all of them bowed their necks in front of her.

“Where is she?” Althea asked angrily.

“Alpha, she went to River-stone” said Skylar.

“Gather everyone up, we are leaving for River-stone” she said.

Everyone started walking around the room preparing things and alert when they heard wolves’ howl. They all went outside. It was a huge white wolf staring at them. Kyden and Charlie made their move.

“Who are you? Spill the bean or else we will kill you on the spot,” said Charlie but the wolf was staring at Althea who was staring back at him.

“If he is not shifting I have to,” said Kyden while holding silver knife but Althea abrupt him.

“No, Kyden,” she screamed. “Flint?” she went on. “I know it’s you,”

Jacob shifts into his human and walked towards her.

“Althea is that you, I can’t believe it,” he said while touching her face.

“Jacob? You recognize me?” she asked.

“Off course, I do silly” he said.

“But, you….” She was about to say something when he abrupt.

“Not now, Althea, I have to tell you something, we have to go to River-stone, your daughter, your daughter is in trouble, we have to do something” he said in a rush.

“What? My daughter?” she said, shocked.

“Yeah Hazel is your long lost daughter” he said while holding her shoulders.

Hazel was chased by the four wolves. She turned into her human, but she was naked so she hid behind the tree. The wolves that were chasing her have not seen her human, so she could easily sneak in. The tree was in front of a large Pack house. This was the castle of the King of the entire werewolf’s race ‘white wolf’.

The pain was fading as he did not mark Patricia yet. “I have to find him” she said and got out of the tree when she was pulled by some unknown entity. Someone put their hand over her mouth in order to keep her from screaming. It was Willow, Caleb’s sister.

“Don’t scream and come with me, you don’t know what you have got yourself into,” Willow snapped. It was already dark. She took Hazel with her inside her room. She locked the door behind them.

“Are you out of your mind, if they find you, they will kill you” Willow was angry.

“My mate is about to mark that damn bitch,” Hazel said angrily.

“Your mate?” repeated Willow.

“Yeah Eden is my mate, I will kill that bitch for once and all,” she said angrily.

“Wait, I don’t know what it is about, I would not have helped you if my brother did not ask me,” Willow said while crossing her arms around her chest.

“Caleb asked you?” asked Hazel.

“Yeah, he mind-linked me, he cannot mind link any other pack member but me because of our twin bond,” she said.

“I have to find Eden,” Hazel said while turning towards the window. “Wear something,” said Willow while opening her wardrobe. Willow was even colder than her brother, it was cleared she was helping Hazel only for her brother. She gave Hazel her white cross back top and pink trouser. She wore them in a rush and ran towards the door.

“I will tell my brother, where you are heading to, I can’t help anymore,” said Willow expressionlessly. Without any other words Hazel left.

This place was huge, she was regretting that she had not asked Willow about Eden’s whereabouts. Walking through the entrance, she reached the hall. It was all crowded and decorated as if they were celebrating something.

Walking through the crowd, she saw Eden standing beside Patricia. North-pole Pack members were there too. Breath stopped she was looking at what comes next.
