Ariana cast her gaze downward, her hand instinctively resting on her abdomen.

young couple.

“We did, but the boss wasn’t there,” Horace responded. Ariana’s distressed expression suggested she

was on the verge of tears. He swiftly reassured her, “Don’t worry, Madam. The boss should be alright.

He’s been managing company business remotely every day.” ©

whereabouts remained unknown, he had been fulfilling his professional obligations as usual?
