Queenie did not say a word as the sight of Luca's desperate face made her heart ache.

What else could she do? After hearing how much Luca had gone through, she just wanted to hold her and feel the joy of having her daughter back by her side.

They would not even have had the chance to return.

If they had not returned, they would not have had the chance to hurt Luca. Their precious daughter would not have been born in such an environment either.

Neither would she have been taken hostage and detained on the Island of Despair, giving Luca no choice but to do things she did not want.
