To Be Yours Again novel (Jenny and Alex)
Chapter 668 Hell Awaits You

Graham felt that Jolene would be the death of him sooner or later. "It's easy for you to say you don't care. Have you ever considered the reputation of your own family? Have you ever thought about what the Britts would think of us?"

"If it hadn't been for you forcing me to marry Brandon, I wouldn't have ended up like this," Jolene complained, her words tinged with resentment. She felt that Graham's coercion had caused all of this. She wouldn't have decided on such a drastic move if it hadn't been for him.

No, to be more precise-it was all Jenny's fault. If it weren't for her sudden appearance, Jolene would still be the Walters' only daughter, instead of stooping down to such a shameful act.

Graham was infuriated to see that his imbecile of a daughter showed no remorse and had the audacity to justify herself.

"Fine, since you're so capable, let's see how well you handle this yourself."

"Dad..."

"Shut up! I'm not your dad. From now on, I only have one daughter, and that's Jenny!" Graham glared at her, feeling insulted by Jolene calling him dad. How could he have such a shameless daughter?

At the same time, Jolene was also infuriated at Graham's reproach. Her eyes reddened as she stared back at him angrily. "Fine, since you don't want me as your daughter, I won't acknowledge you as my father either. You're already biased enough! It won't make any difference for you to choose Jenny over me again!"

As soon as she finished speaking, Rowena nudged her to stop her from saying anything else that would be damaging to herself. "Don't talk nonsense. He's still your father. It doesn't matter if he acknowledges it or not. He's still your father for this entire lifetime."

Rowena quickly spoke up for Jolene to salvage her only remaining connection to her father that would help her get into the Windsor family. After all, she wouldn't be able to accomplish anything for her daughter without Graham.

Jolene pouted, evidently unhappy. However, she didn't say anything, knowing that she needed to listen to Rowena at this point. If she didn't, she might not be able to marry into the Windsors.

"Graham, I know you like Jenny better. But this time, you must help Jo. After she gets married, no one will compete with Jenny over the Walter family. Isn't that what you want?" Even though she didn't want to interact with Graham any more than what was necessary, she had to speak up for Jolene's sake.

Rubbing his temples, Graham felt infuriated and agitated. "Help? How do you want me to help her? Should I beg the Windsors to take her in or do you want her to throw tantrums as you did back then?" Rowena's face became ashen as she thought about what happened in the past.

She regretted it now. Back then, she threw away all her dignity and insisted on marrying Graham by all means. Looking back at it now, she found she'd behaved rather foolishly.

As she was reminded of her past mistake, she couldn't help but look at Jolene, wondering if her daughter would regret her decision like her one day.

"No matter what, Jo is the one most affected by this, so James must take responsibility. He can't shirk from it." Rowena didn't want to discuss the past with Graham, she just wanted to ensure Jolene could get the best outcome.

Graham couldn't understand how Rowena had the nerve to ask James to take responsibility when it was Jolene's fault. James wouldn't even lay a finger on Jolene if he had a choice.

He was enraged beyond words, but the fact remained that Jolene was still his daughter. He looked at Jolene and asked, "Have you really thought this through? If hell awaits you after marrying into the Windsors, do you still want to go through with it?"

Although he had met James a few times and found him to be a decent person, sometimes Graham got the feeling that he was not as amiable as he appeared. It was hard to say what the result would be if Jolene married into that family.

"Yes!" Jolene nodded without any hesitation.

Since she had chosen to take this step herself, she would never regret it.

Seeing that she was determined and beyond reason, Graham could only say, "I will go and deal with the Windsors. Once you get married, don't ever come back. You're no longer my daughter from then onward."

After he said that, he stood up and left the living room, feeling chagrined that he had to resort to this.
