“You're fucking lucky you're my mate, Randi, and you're not familiar with our customs, otherwise I would have ripped you to pieces!" Dargan bent over his much smaller partner menacingly, growling and his teeth bared.
The threatening stance would probably have frightened basically everyone, to bad for Dargan, the opposite was true for Randi in this case.
The arrogant and aggressive attitude of her mate infuriated her. Back on Earth, she was already known to her family as a temper tantrum, going on the attack in threatening situations rather than retreating.
"Is that so, huh? And who will you bring along? Huey and Dewey?" Nodding her head in Varlan direction.
Varlan couldn't help himself and burst out in laughter at the words of his little spitfire. Which his brother didn't"t appreciate, and if looks could kill he would have died right there and then.
"Ladies, I think it would be wise to leave these two hotheads alone for a while." Varlan new damn well, it was never wise to get between a bickering couple, even if one of them was also your mate.
To be honest…, it was nice to see that their mate was totally unimpressed by his brothers aggressive outburst. Even though the brothers were triplets and incredibly similar in appearance, in terms of character they were as different as night and day.
Randi stretched her neck to reinforce her words, who the hell did he think he was? Did he really think she was going to sit down, waiting like a dog, for him to tell her what to or not to do, and wiggle her tail, did he really think she was fun for the kitchen sink and in bed? BIG MISTAKE!!!!!
“I dare you…!” Randi growled at the big, aggressive male in front of her.
But damn! Why the hell did he have to look so damn hot, all pissed off... Bloody testosteron bom... Randi felt a heat rising in her lower regions.
A slight whiff of her arousal came his way.
"What the...? For the goddess sake!!! Do you want me to lose controle, woman?"
Dargan's pupils dilated as he inhaled her scent, feeling his anger switch from anger to excitement.
Her cheeks started to burn. Fuck their heightened senses! It wasn't like she wanted to get horny.
“Fuck you Dargan!” Randi hissed in embarrassment.
“It's not like I'm doing this on purpose! I'm angry, not horny!" To add force to her words, she straightened her back and crossed her arms.
Randi tried as hard as she could to hide her arousal, but his words had only fueled her excitement. His dominant behavior and the fact that her scent could arouse him increased the jitters in her stomach, but with those jitters came doubt. She had three mates, was she especially attracted to Dargan?
Dargan sensed the change in her attitude and took a step closer.
“What kind of game are you playing, little mate?”
Before she could answer he had lowered his head, and his mouth was so close to hers, their lips almost touched. All senses were on edge and she felt his breath brush across her lips. Another few inches and she could taste him...
"Do you mind if I join you?”
Varlan had returned to check if his mate was all right, it wasn’t as if he was afraid, his brother would harm her, but to make sure Dargan hadn't shorted things out.
But before he’d re-entered the room, he felt and smelled the excitement of his brother and their mate and had become curious.
Randi's excitement caused him to act out as well, but as it was an unwritten rule between the brothers to ask permission to join in, it was not done to just step in uninvited.
Dargan was already aware his brother had entered, just smirked.
“…not at all… Do you, little tease…?”
Her eyes flashed to Varlan and back to the mate in front of her, seeing the heated look in both their eyes, made her shiver.
By just hearing Varlan’s voice, her stomach had jumped up and the jitters almost caused her to start panting out loud, this was more than enough to ensure her she was also tremendously attracted to him as well. And thought she was still sore from the previous night, the though of their bodies against hers took away her last restraint, and she bridged the last few inches to her mates lips, meanwhile stretching her hand out to reach for her other mate.
