Chapter 15 "Someone is watching me?"

Elijah P.O.V.

“Emilia! I am not going to tell you, last time! I am not going to be with you anymore. We are over! Do you understand me!” I said with a growl when I told her. She didn’t care what I was saying to her. She was trying to pull me closer to her. I tried to step back from her. But she wasn’t having it. So, she grabbed the back of my head and landed her lips on mine. She started kissing me. At first, I was shocked and didn’t know what to do. Then I finally pulled away from her. But it was too late. I saw Avery Williams start running up the school and stepped away from me. All I saw was her backpack disappeared, through the closed doors.

Avery P.O.V

Grrr! I want to scream. But I didn’t want him to have the satisfaction he got from me. So, I didn’t watch their lovely action in front of me and the whole school body. So, I did what I could do best. I just didn’t pay attention to them. I opened my car door. I grabbed my backpack and whatever I had for school. I shut the door. I locked it up and went on my way inside the school. I was walking up the stairs. I stopped for a second when I felt someone was watching me. I didn’t want to look back. So, I kept going to school.

By the time I was taking my first period book out of my locker. My best friend Ashely and Natalie walked around the corner. They started walking over to me. That was when I saw Jayson Woods’s out of nowhere trip to Ashely and Eli Wallace’s trip to Natalie. I watched my two best friends fall. I was shocked and upset. Jayson and Eli didn’t have to do that to Ashely and Natalie. My God why couldn’t they just leave them alone!

“You know how guys are?” Angelstar said. I sighed and shook my head.

I wasn’t paying attention when I started walking towards my friends. They were trying to help each chatter up off the ground. But Jayson and Eli kept tripping them before they got two feet down on the ground. So, when I saw Ashely’s fisted turned white. I knew Jayson, and Eli was in big trouble. I saw Jayson and Eli laughing and slapping hands every time they would trip the girls. So, Ashely had enough of them. She had a look in her eyes.

It was a dangerous stare in her eyes. She was tough and she was nothing like me and Natalie. She was the muscle in the friendship. Now they just trick her off. I was staring and watching to see what my friend was going to do. Then suddenly, I heard her speak.

“YOU ASSHOLES!” Ashely yelled at them. I jumped when I heard Ashely scream at the guys.

She got off her feet and ran at him and attacked Jayson Woods! He had no idea what hit him. Because by the time he was laughing with Eli Wallace, his best friend. He turned around when he felt a bang, and something hit him. He was on the ground moaning and in pain. She was on top of him cursing and hitting his chest, back, butt. Wherever she can find.

“Hey! Stop it! Get off me woman!” He said with pain in his voice. He was on the ground on his back where Ashely was on top of him beating him up. But he was trying to block her hits. He is not even trying to get her off him. He is not really trying. I didn’t understand why he was not hitting her back or throwing her off him? Jayson Woods was no one to fuck with. He was a big and mean mother fucker! What everyone said. But here he was laying on the ground barely doing anything except yelling out.

“Your fucking asshole! Why can’t you be a nice guy for once? Why can’t you just stop bullying me and my friends? Huh,” Ashely said, grabbing his shirt color in her fist. I saw Ashely’s eyes. They were red. I didn’t know if she was crying or mad. I was going to say both. So, I was watching her and Jayson face to face. He was watching her eyes. I saw him give her a snarl then it fell. I saw now in his eyes something else. Maybe amused, resentful, or maybe even, no it can’t be. Love?

But what I saw in his eyes, it was gone, and his smirk and amusement came back. That’s when I saw him lift his hips off the ground. She gasped and tried to hold on to his shoulders before he threw her off. When Jayson opened his mouth. I saw a blush on her beautiful face.

“I knew you wanted this dick,” he said with thrust and she jumped off.

“Your disgusting prick! I would never, ever touch you!” She told him with a disgusted look on her face. But in her eyes, she couldn’t lie. Because she was telling a different story through her eyes. I could see the attraction between them.

I could see her chest moving up and down when she started walking away from the smiling jerk on the floor. I looked over to my left. “Probably going to fuck! I don’t know why you asked me?” Angelstar my wolf said in the back of my mind. With a snobby attitude. Bitch I thought in my mind.

“At least I am not a fucking coward!” She said with a growl. Oh, that went too far. I thought.

“Oh, whatever the point is. I am worried about her okay!” I told her.

“Second, I wasn’t talking to you. I was thinking out loud okay! Is that a crime Angelstar” I said with a snobby attitude too.

She tucked her nose in the air and turned away from me in my mind.

“Don’t talk to me Avery Williams, until you apologize for being a mean bitch!” She said and turned me out.

“What! I didn’t ask you. I was just saying. Gosh!” I told her with a roll of my eyes.

“Angelstar,” I said. I waited for her to say something.

“Look I am sorry okay,” I told her like it hurt to say it. I know I am right. She was in the wrong. Well, she started it.

“No, I didn’t” I heard her say for a while since she wasn’t talking to me.

I growled at her in my mind. I told her this time I am not talking to her.

″Fine! I am not talking to you now!” So, there I stuck my tongue at her in my mind.

I don’t have time for these childish games. I got a class to go to before I am late for class. God, she could be so immature.

“She groaned and spoke again.

“I know you are what I am,” she said with sass. I rolled my eyes. I blocked her out and I grabbed ahold of Ashely’s arm. She wasn’t paying attention to me. She had her eyes on him. He had him on her.

“Come on Ash! We’d better get to class before we get detention after school.” I told her trying to pull her away from his stare. I know I don’t want to be late, I thought in my mind. Finally, after it felt like a lifetime. They broke their eye contact. She rolled her eyes at him and walked away with me dragging her away.

With all this happening I didn’t know Elijah Woods was watching me the whole time. He was in the shadows following like a creature in the night but instead of daytime.
