Chapter Thirty: Hot Springs

They had gone back to the ship and for the rest of the day, they spent their time on the beach and annoying the ship’s crew members. Mack had so much fun that she had almost forgotten about the mess her store was left in or the fact that she was on her home island.

Her eyes took notice of the setting sun as they had a few hours left of the day before nightfall. There was one place she wanted to go to before they make their leave back to the castle as their visit was not meant to be long. Mack quickly made up her mind and stood, gaining Zack’s attention in the process but she didn’t care. The more the idea sparked in her mind, the more she wanted to go.

“There is a hot spring about an hour’s walk away from the village, I was thinking to have a bath there like old times.”

Zack raised an eyebrow. “Do you want me to come with you?”

Mack watched his facial expression as she shrugged. “If you want to.”

She didn’t wait to hear what he wanted to say as she quickly turned and exited the boat with a wide smirk on her face. The look in his eyes and the way his face reddened were enough to make her laugh and had slightly raised her ego.

After two weeks of him being a tease, it was her turn.

Mack found a towel and took another for Zack as he followed behind her in curiosity. She didn’t know herself whether she would be brave enough to strip in front of him but at this point, she didn’t care. She missed how warm the water was and the way the earth cause the water to bubble around her. The spring was calming and nobody went there because the walk was too long.

She found the trail that leads to the blueberry bush and followed it. If she didn’t go off trail, they will eventually come across a second path that will take them straight to the spring. “Be careful,” Mack warned as Zack almost walked straight into a branch. “People don’t come through here so the trail isn’t maintained.”

“I can see that.” He mumbled as a branch did smack him in the face. “I remember this area well.”

Mack laughed. “Why were you and August out here anyway?”

“Well at first we were at the docks but August picked up on his mate’s scent so we followed it. I wasn’t expecting to find you that day.” He said with a small shrug. “It was a nice surprise.”

She grinned and didn’t say anything else as her eyes locked onto the second path. Out of excitement she grabbed his hand and pulled him along until finally, her ears picked up on the sounds of the bubbles.

The spring was as clear and clean as ever as she felt the water and couldn’t stop the content sigh that left her lips. If anything on this island, she missed this spring and the peacefulness of the place. She used to come here as often as she could just to soak and meditate before having to face her family.

Without thinking, Mack pulled at her skirts and took her clothes off. Her mind had momentarily forgotten that Zack was beside her as his eyes had taken in everything. All insecurities she once had were gone as she threw her clothes down and stepped into the water before completely dunking herself under.

Once she resurfaced, she turned and raised an eyebrow at Zack. “Are you coming in?”

“I am happy to just watch.” She pulled her lips into a thin line and came towards him as he stood at the edge before pulling his hand. He jerked and fell into the water fully clothed as she laughed and watched him come back up with an evil look on his face. “You shouldn’t have done that.”

“I’m not the prude!”

“Oh, I’m a prude?” He questioned as he took his clothes off in front of her. Mack took in his entire body and couldn’t stop the turned-on shiver that shot through her when she saw what was under his pants. After so long, she could finally see what she had been feeling after all this time.

Mack found herself pushing him down onto one of the ledges as she attacked his face. He didn’t get a chance to say anything to her as she wanted him then and there and from the way his hands instantly tangled into his hair, he was in the same mood as her.

The water felt like it was getting hotter as she could feel his shaft against her thigh and began to grind herself against it as he groaned at the motion. Their lips pulled apart as he attacked her neck and bit back into her mark as she gasped and moaned at the sparks that spread between them.

Mack didn’t need to be ready for him as she sunk herself down and allowed him to enter her. Their loud moans synced as she pulled his head back and bit into his neck. Sudden fangs she didn’t know she had came through her gums and sank into his neck as her hips moved faster. The feel of him inside of her drove her crazy as she felt her mark on his neck and pulled out.

Blood was all over her lips as he captured her face and sucked every drop of his own blood off before he grabbed her legs and stood. Placing her onto the ledge he was on moments before as he teased her with his kisses. Not once did they pull apart from each other as he thrust into her and groaned each time her walls clenched around him.

The faster his thrusts got, the louder her screams of pleasure increased as her eyes rolled. Her toes clenched as she came around him, and her body shivered so hard that anyone would think that she was cold but instead she was put into ecstasy.

His seed had turned the once clear water, murky but he wasn’t stopping as she felt her body build for the second time. Mack felt like she was losing her voice as she came for the second time with no sound coming out of her mouth. Her eyes rolled back so far that she didn’t know when she would come back from the high.

Her grip on his hair was so tight that he had smothered his face into her breasts as he finally came as well. Their heavy breathing mimicked each other as he lifted his head and took her mouth into his again. Their eyes hooded as she felt him thrust again and then again as she realised one thing very quickly.

She wasn’t going to be walking back to that ship.
