She had to come back to Yaramoor for the postgraduate program as soon as she gave birth to her baby, so she did not get the chance to spend much time with her daughter.

Colton tightened his embrace around her shoulders. "That won't be the case. When I get back, I'll let her FaceTime with you every day so that she can listen to your voice and see you. How does that sound?" Freyja rested her chin on his shoulder, looked at him, and smiled. "Sounds great."
