"Ugh! This damn flight is too long," I complained about the millionth time.

I was on my private jet with Dolus, my new bride Sorina, and a few of my generals. We were headed to Sacramento, California, to retrieve my white wolf bride.

I haven’t heard from that fucking Alpha Conrad since before our flight. I hope he hasn’t fucked up anything since we haven’t devised a plan to get what we both wanted. I was just getting irritated sitting on this fucking plane. It was 4 p.m., and we still had thirteen more hours.

I got up, walked to my private bedroom, and slammed the door shut. A few minutes later, Sorina strolled into the room, licking her red lips as she eyed me.

"Dolus, how long before we reach California?" I ask my second.

"Another ten hours, master," he says, making me snarl and drink my blood.

"Wake me when we have arrived," I said to Dolus.

I sat in one of the reclining chairs and closed my eyes.

Ten Hours Later:

"Master, we are landing," I heard Dolus say as he tapped my shoulder.

I groaned as my red eyes glowed. Sometimes, I hated being disturbed by my peaceful naptimes. It's the only fucking place I can find some solace from the idiots I'm surrounded by.

“Blood," I told my second as he hurried off and fixed my glass.

I watch as he walks back over with my glass, snatches it from his hand, and takes a drink.

"What time is it?" I ask after downing my glass of blood.

"6 a.m.," Dolus says.

"Once we land, head straight for Blood Moon pack."

"Conrad and I have a few things to discuss," I say as I watch Dolus nod and take a seat as we land.

I look over to the side and see Sorina exit the bedroom. She sits in one of the seats and looks out the window. After the plane lands and we all step out, I see a limo and an SUV waiting for us.

"Nice job, Dolus," I say to my second.

It’s still dark outside, meaning we have about thirty minutes before sunrise. I can freely move about. I turn to take Sorina's hand as she flinches away from me.

"Don’t test my patience, mistress."

"Fall in line, or I’ll kill you," I growl.

"Fuck you," Sorina snarls as her eyes glow a deep brown, and she hisses at me and walks over to the limo and enters.

"Fucking women," I say as I walk over to the limo and get in.

My generals and Dolus were riding in the SUV behind us.

"Blood Moon pack," I said to the driver and looked to see Sorina sitting on the other side.

The driver steps on the gas and follows the directions on the GPS to our destination.

Blood Moon Pack:

Conrad POV

"Daddy!" I heard my daughter Camila screaming at 6 a.m.

"It’s too early for this bullshit," I groaned as my wolf Colton growled.

"Be quiet, mutt," I told him.

"Well, tell our pup to shut up. I’m trying to sleep!" Colton grumbled, putting his mental block back up.

I rolled out of bed and saw the omega I fucked last night still in my bed.

"Hey! Get up and get out!" I roared at her as she shot up out of bed.

Camila burst into my bedroom as the omega ran out entirely naked.

"Really, Dad, the omegas again."

"What about Mom?" Camila asked, looking at me.

I was just about to respond to Camila when one of my warriors urgently pushed at my mental block.

"Alpha?" he said after I let my block down.

"What is it?!" I roared.

"A limo and an SUV just pulled up to the gate. The man in the limo states he is King Abaddon, and he's here to see you," my eyes widened.

"What the fuck? Abaddon is here?" I growled as my eyes flashed black.

"Alpha?" his irritating voice filled my head as I growled.

"Show him to my office and be discreet about it."

"No one needs to know we have vampires on the pack land," I told my warrior.

"Yes, Alpha," he replied and closed the link.

I quickly mind-linked my Beta.

"Justin! Get your ass up. We have visitors," I roared through the mind link.

"Up and ready, Alpha," Justin replied as I closed the link. I looked back at my daughter.

"We will figure something out, Camila."

"A friend is coming to help with my plans so we can take control of the Blue Eclipse pack and make you the Luna," I lied and told my daughter she was gullible that way. I saw her eyes light up and a smile grace her face.

Camila exited my bedroom and went about her day as usual. I jumped out of bed to head for the bathroom to shower quickly.

Conrad’s Office: (Still Conrad's POV)

After showering and getting ready for this unexpected meeting, I reached my office as Justin, my Beta, stood by the door.

"Beta," I said.

"Alpha," Justin nodded.

I opened my office door, and we both stepped inside. I walked around my desk and took a seat while Justin stood beside it. A few minutes later, there was a knock at my door.

"Enter," I said.

I watched as my warrior, King Abaddon, another tall man, a beautiful young woman, and a few other men stepped inside my office. The warrior bowed his head.

"Alpha," he said.

"You're dismissed," I told the warrior.

He left my office, closing the door on his way out.

"Why are there vampires here?" my Beta mind linked to me.

"King Abaddon is here to help with my plans to take over the Blue Eclipse pack."

"Don't fuck this up," I told my Beta.

I watched as he straightened up and heard my office door burst open as my son entered. He looked around the room and scoffed as he plopped on the couch beside my desk.

"Father," he said with his expressionless face.

"Don't you knock, boy," I told my son and shook my head.

He just scoffed at me. I swear I'd kill him if he weren't my son and soon to be the next Alpha of my pack.

"Enough!" I heard Abaddon roar.

"I came here to collect my white wolf. Where is she, Conrad?" Abaddon said as I growled.

"That's Alpha Conrad."

"When you are in my pack, you address me by my title, Abaddon," I roared at him, but he just scoffed at me.

"I don't take orders from a weak Alpha such as yourself, and that's King Abaddon to you," he glared at me.

I growled lowly and rubbed my temples. This meeting was utterly pointless, but I sat back in my chair and listened to Abaddon whine about this white wolf for thirty minutes.

"What so special about this wolf anyway," I thought as Abaddon spoke.

Abaddon POV

This wolf was pissing me off and wasting my time.

"So, do you have anything planned regarding getting me my white wolf, Alpha Conrad," I spit with venom as I used his title.

He shook his head, and I hissed at him.

"You better think of something."

"I’m losing my patience with you filthy mutts," I snarled out.

I watched as Conrad took a deep breath and rubbed his hands down his face.

"I got it," I heard him say.

"Well, spit it out already," I told him.

"We have an Alpha meeting next week."

"I can send my son in my place so I don’t expose my cover. Rogues talk too much," Conrad said. I just looked at him as my eyes glowed.

"What’s the point of the meeting? Why not just attack their pack?" I huffed in frustration.

"Because King Abaddon, Blue Eclipse is a huge pack of over five thousand."

"You can’t just attack a pack that size. With a pack my size, we wouldn’t last ten minutes," I heard him say.

"So, the meeting is what exactly?" I asked, getting frustrated.

"The meeting will be held at Blue Eclipse this year. My son can scope out their pack and find the intel."

"So, we can devise a plan," Conrad said.

"I like that I can send for more vampires, but we need a place to stay. Can’t live with too many wolves," I grunted and folded my arms.

"Uh, King Abaddon, you might want to be careful about sending more rogue vampires out here."

"King Magnus has spies everywhere. So, he probably already knows you are here," Conrad said as I growled.

"Who the fuck is King Magnus?" I watched as Conrad gulped.

"He’s the vampire King in the States," Conrad said.

I roared as my red eyes glowed. A fucking worthless vampire proclaiming himself the King. I snapped and looked at the wolves inside this room.

"The only King of vampires is me! I was King Alaric’s second and crowned myself King after his death."

"So don’t mention that Magnus is the King of shit!" I roared.

"I have a secluded property close by the territory. You can use King Abaddon," Conrad told me.

"Good, I’ll take it," I told him as I calmed down and stood up.

"I will leave now, as I need my rest," I said, turning to Sorina.

She had been quiet the whole time and wouldn’t look me in the eyes.

"Come, mistress," I said as she got up and walked past me.

I turned to look at Conrad. It's funny he's the Alpha, and his fucking house is falling apart, and his warriors are barely managing to keep this place protected.

"We will be in touch, Alpha Conrad," I told him as I left his office with my generals and Dolus following close behind me.
