"I know you are young, but everything happens for a reason. You should go visit your family. You can't stay here forever." says the man, Frank, who found me three years ago.

"Why? I don't even know them. I barely remember what they look like." I try to explain.

"It doesn't matter. You are too strange to stay here. You called a deacon of the church evil and you refuse to speak whenever you feel like it. You are too much trouble. Go back to your family."

It was the last thing he said to me. I left just as he asked me to. I walked into the woods in the direction I knew my old village was in. Frank never failed to remind me of where I came from. I guess it is time for me to return.

"Ah! It's Not Fair!" Hera screams, which pulls me out of my own thoughts. "He was given thousands of dollars and didn't give me any! I mean, I helped him out over and over again, and when he finally has money, he doesn't give me any! I helped him out of the goodness of my heart because I am a good person! It's Not Fair!"

I just watch this amazingly good person throw a tantrum. One thing I can't stand is when grown adults act like spoilt children. So, I don't say anything and I just watch as she makes a fool of herself. It would probably be pointless to argue with her. Most people don't listen when they argue. They just scream louder in an attempt to drown out the other persons opinion.

I don't even know which him she is talking about. So, I get on my laptop and ignore her. She is just reminding me of why I associate myself with other people often. Most people act like idiots. They are so wrapped up in their own emotions that they do not see how crazy they act. Of course, I am not even sure if I have emotions. Most days I barely feel anything.

I stand in the woods unnoticed as I watch the clearing close to the place I was born. I refuse to call this place a home. I have no home. I watch as children are lined up in the field. Most are barely clothed. Then I see a group of adult walk towards them. I see one adult in particular that I never expected. I watch Frank as he approaches a young boy.

"Three years ago we failed in our sacrifice, it's now time for a new sacrifice of repentance. The only way to become innocent is to sacrifice innocence." Explains the man who may or may not be my father.

"How amazing and wonderful you are, Pastor. There is no one else like you in this world! Where would we be without you?" exclaims a woman who was rushing to push a small girl in line with the other children. Wearing only underwear, she was the least dressed of the children.

"We will have an auction. The winner will receive the child for one night. You may do whatever you want with them." His eyes light up as he speaks. It's the most animated I have ever seen him. He is truly a monster in disguise.
