He lifted his hand, gently brushing the tip of her nose. His eyes were so tender it was as if they could melt at any moment. “There you go again. I don't want your thanks, just remember that I am your best friend, that's enough.”

Her heart was basking in the sunshine, warm and comforting. “You're the best, the only, the irreplaceable. best friend!” Her words were clear, strong, and full of conviction.

Arnold chuckled, her beautiful face mirrored in his clear eyes, creating ripples of joy.

Avery, having just finished his scenes, stood not too far away, catching this tender moment. He couldn't help but laugh.

“Sis, where are you?”

“I'm in Mr. Leopold's car for a video conference. Arnold has a dinner appointment tonight, he wants you to mingle with the director and the producer, make sure to give a good impression. But remember, no drinking, let your assistant do it for you.”

“I got it.” Avery's grip on his phone tightened.
