A shadow flickered across Leopold's mind, his eyes hardened with a cold laugh as he commented, “Childish.”

Jelena picked up a piece of cake, a mysterious smile on her face, “For me, men are either likable or not. Married or not doesn't matter.”

Aurelia choked on her juice.

“Is the Stirling man chasing you?”

Jelena shrugged, seeing no reason to hide anymore, “Save for the fact he’s married, he checks all my boxes.”

Aurelia was stunned. Being married was a deal-breaker!
