The Red Moon party is tomorrow, and I feel like I have so much to do still.

Mom and dad won’t be here until late tonight which means I must greet some guest coming in tonight. Also, the day after the Red Moon party is officially my birthday, dad has invited all the Alpha’s to come for my official Alpha ceremony. Did I forget to mention that I am also planning that with NO HELP. Goddess take the wheel.

I am making sure all the guest rooms are ready for their arrivals and there will be enough food for dinner tonight, when Sierra mind links me.

“Hey Gia, we have a problem” she says.

“Ok meet me in my office” I link back.

I head to my office to see what the newest issue is. I hear Onyx crying and I head over to get him. Sierra and Storm are waiting for me by my door.

“Ladies, come on in.” I say.

I walk in and sit behind my desk. Onyx drifts off back to sleep and I place him in his bassinet.

“So, what is the problem?”

“Well…. The issue is with the King” Sierra states nervously.

“What about him? He will be here for the Alpha ceremony; his room will be cleaned first thing in the morning of the party. I don’t see an issue.” I say.

“That’s the issue. He is coming to the Red Moon party to find his mate. His Beta called this morning stating that he will be arriving tonight and needs accommodation for three rooms. Unfortunately, we only have two rooms available, and they are guest rooms. All the visiting Alpha rooms are occupied.” Sierra states.

I am so flustered I don’t know what to do. I feel like my parents are really testing my Alpha capabilities. I have a few options, but I will have to speak to the King myself and see what options he would like.

“Okay, thank you I will figure this out. I will reach out to

the King myself and we will come up with a solution.”

I am about to call the King but before that, I inform Sierra to let the Omega’s know we will need all the bedrooms made up. It will be a full pack house tomorrow. I just hope the King goes with one of my options.

“Good morning, King Rasheed. I hear you will be joining us for the Red Moon Party tomorrow. I just wanted to inform you that all the guest rooms are occupied except two. I will reserve them for your Beta and Gamma. I have a few options of where I can accommodate you for the next two nights. Please let me know if any of them are suitable for you.” I say nervously.

“Ok, please enlighten me. What are my options.” He says.

I can hear the smirk in his voice. Oh man, I am so dead.

“Option one is I convert my office into a bedroom. It has a bathroom, closet, and a beautiful view of the pack lands. It will take some time to get it arranged for you, but it will be done before you arrive tomorrow.”

“Option two, I will give you, my room. Linens will be changed, and the majority of my stuff will be removed. I will stay in Onyx’s room, as you remember it is adjoined to my bedroom.”

“Option three…”

“I will take your bedroom if that’s okay.” He says cutting me off.

“Of course, I wouldn’t have recommended it if it wasn’t your majesty. Once the Red Moon Party is over my pack will work diligently to have your room ready first. I only ask this because my father does not have a preference sheet for you, and I do apologize for that. Is there any accommodations you would like to have in your room tomorrow?” I ask curiously.

“Just some cognac, preferably Hennessy, and some of your desserts, and Gianna we’re actually coming tonight.” He says.

“Perfect I already have a bottle in there. It’s my favorite. I will be making a few desserts shortly; I remember your favorites. I will make sure your room is well stocked. I look forward to seeing you tonight, King Rasheed.”

“See you later Alpha Gianna” he says.

I smile to myself, just hearing him say my name gives me butterflies. I need to get it together. One crisis down, hopefully no more arise. I garb Onyx and put him back in his room, the nanny is going to be my closet ally this week. She will get a huge bonus.

I make my way out to my bakery that dad had built for me when I started baking. I have started an online bakery a few years ago, so it has everything for me to mass produce. I am also making all the desserts for my ceremony. Yeah, I know Alpha duties, new mom, planning two parties, baking for both parties, and trying to accommodate over 150 wolves. I deserve a prize if I can pull this week off.

It’s been a few hours and I am wiped. My guest will start arriving in an hour or so. My parents are still not back, I was hoping they could welcome the guest but, I am beginning to panic a little. I hear a knock at the door, and I tell them to come in. No one is speaking so I look up and I am so furious with my staff.

“King Rasheed, I’m sorry I couldn’t greet you, I lost track of the time baking. Let me show you to my bedroom. I mean your room.”

“It’s alright, I came early. It’s only three in the afternoon, I wasn’t supposed to be here until five this evening. I wanted to come and help.” King Rasheed says smiling.

“Oh, that is very kind of you, but as a King you do not need to help me. I am almost done; I am just waiting for the last of the cupcakes to come out. I have already put your personal desserts in your bedroom. Please allow me to show you to your room.”

I remove my apron and wash my hands. My hair is a mess, so I let it out to place it back into a neat bun. I mind link Aaron yelling at him about not informing me the King was here. He links back saying the King told him not to tell me.

I show him to my room and go to Onyx’s room to make myself presentable for the incoming guests.
