With the help of Adeline, I got dressed and also dressed the kids. That’s was so thoughtful of him to send clothes for me and the kids because I honestly didn’t have what to wear.

Tonight will do well and that’s just all I want. Once I settled the kids in the car, I settled in before waving Adeline off.

The driver began to drive and all the while he drove, I looked at my kids rather than on my phone.

“So where are we going to?” I decided to ask although I knew I’d eventually find out but I just felt a little uneasy about the driver.

He didn’t even say hi to us or speak and just kept driving which I was uncomfortable about.

He doesn’t reply.

“Where are we going to?” I asked again and instead of giving me a reply. He doesn’t.

“Hello. Can you hear me?” I had to ask because it was weird and couldn’t see his face in the mirror.

He didn’t reply regardless and I was forced to keep shut and let him continue to drive but the drive didn’t seem to be coming to an end soon I was starting to see so worried about the whole situation so I tapped on the driver’s shoulder to ask once again.

Just then my phone began to ring, it was Adeline. Instead of answering fine man. I answered my phone because I had to inform her to come rescue me before something happened to me.

This man was hired by someone to come get me and for them to be able to do this, they had information and someone close to either Logan or I was the one who gave out this information but I was sure it wasn’t from me the betrayal came because the only person who knew was Adeline

“The driver Logan just arrived and it seems it’s a trap.” Those were the words I heard from her last before someone took my phone from me and knocked me out.

I felt a splash of cold water on my skin and I shivered from cold as I opened my eyes slowly. I realized that I was tied to a chair and In a dark room.

What happened and what am I doing here? I thought to myself.

Was I dreaming? I thought and then it occurred to me as memories of what happened resurfaced. “Oh my goodness! I’ve been kidnapped!”

I looked around to see if I could see anything but I saw nothing at all but someone had poured water on me so where was this person and why was he not making a sound?

“Hey! Hey! Please answer me!” I called out. Since my both arms were tied I couldn’t use them to feel around.

“My kids! Where are they!” I shouted in my head.

My heart beat hard and fast in my chest as I thought of my kids, I don’t care about what happens to me but the safety of my kids matters to me most. I just want them to be fine.

“Hello!” I called out.

Then I heard footsteps but it wasn’t coming close, instead, it was going away.

“Hello!” I called out again and when I got no response, I began to cry.

Where are my kids!” I cried out but my voice only echoed and no response shattering my heart into one thousand pieces

“Hello! Hello! Please answer me! Anyone there? Can you hear me I cried out. The night had been one a disaster.

I heard fading footsteps making it worse for me.

I didn’t expect it to happen. I looked forward to this day expecting a new beginning only for me to be kidnapped and my kids taken to where I don’t know.

I cried out in pain as my chest burned from curiosity and my stomach churned. “Please help me! Please help me!”

I kept on shouting and crying until my voice hurt and just as I gave up. The lights came on and I heard the sound of the door opening.

I heard footsteps. “Hello!” I called out again.

“Well, well, well, Jade said as she walked towards me majestically with a smile on her face.

I gasped. “Where are my kids?”
