At his silence, Lizetta squinted her eyes, “Any objections?”

Remington Inspected it with satisfaction, “An offer is a mutual choice. Your ring is at Oakridge Heights. Make sure to wear it later!!

Before she could respond. Remington suddenly shifted, pinning her down on the hospital bed. 

Lizetta’s head sank into the soft pillows, her hair sprawled in his grip, as Remington’s lips gently met her forehead, then her eyes, grazing over her eyelashes, the tip of her nose, and finally hovering over her lips. 

His breath was heavy, his lips teasing hers without delving deeper, their breaths mingling, creating a tantalizing anticipation yet frustratingly out of reach,
