I couldn't understand it.

Xavier was especially enthusiastic when he personally guided us into the hotel lobby. Colin and I were led to the area where the lots for the characters were drawn under the curious and envious gazes of high society elites.

The Kings were rich. Even the box containing the character cards looked outrageously expensive.

Before reaching into the box, Colin and I exchanged encouraging glances with each other. We had discussed this on the way here, hoping that I would draw Snow White and he would draw the prince who woke her up.

What was even more annoying was the outfits for the characters.

Although the SpongeBob costume was new, it looked really ridiculous. Colin had to wear a yellow bodysuit on his upper body and long socks that pulled up to his knees. The square costume covered up his whole body until his thighs.

As his head was in the costume as well, he could only see through the hole of SpongeBob's mouth.

Compared to that, my outfit was simply stunning. It was a long purple dress with two straps on the shoulders. The almost see-through skirt and tight waist made my figure stand out. I didn't have a mask, but my makeup was changed and my hair was pulled into a high ponytail.

This was the most daring dress I had ever worn in my life, and it made Colin furrow his brows.

After being dressed up by the staff, they escorted us out of the dressing room.

Xavier was laughing so hard that he was clutching his stomach. Many of the guests around who had finished their makeovers were laughing along with him.

Colin's costume as he had always had a calm, collected, and upright personality. The dramatic SpongeBob costume didn't suit him at all, especially since it even covered his head. It was impossible téstell who he was, making him into a laughingstock on the spot.

Even though I couldn't see his expression behind the costume, I could imagine how angry he was.

"Wow, a handsome man looks good in whatever he wears. Mr. White, come, let's take a selfie and show it off on Instagram."

Xavier held back his laughter and took out his phone. Then, he put his hand around Colin's costume to take a selfie with him. How could Colin let him do as he pleased so easily?

If such a photo got circulated on the internet, it would gradually escalate and affect Colin's glorious image.
