“Fine. Then I won’t impose on you ladies anymore.” Surprisingly, Yenny Pembroke didn’t pester them anymore.

Marina raised her head and saw Simon standing beside her.

The stand–off between the two men clashed in the air, and there seemed to be sparks flying in all directions. 

In the end, Yenny did not persist in this stalemate. 

He slowly withdrew his gaze, then glanced at Marina fleetingly. 

“Mr. Hernandez, you have to take good care of your fiancee. After all, you are not the only one who is interested in a talented and beautiful girl like Miss Bailey.” 

After saying that, Yenny turned around and left. 

As Simon stared at his back profile, the smile on his lips slowly turned into a layer of icy frost.
