Meanwhile, in a particular hospital room.
"A bit of a low-grade fever, and the wound is a bit infected, more severe than yesterday. You might have to stay in the hospital for a few more days," said Jasper to Naomi after examining the injuries on her hands
He had not expected Naomi's condition to be this serious. It was not just the injury to her spine, but her hand had also worsened. Naomi's complexion was noticeably worse than yesterday, clearly lacking energy and appearing somewhat weary due to the fever

"No trouble at all. It's all part of my job. I'll communicate with your attending physician here and stay updated on your condition, trying my best to help you recover sooner."
"It's okay, go ahead with your work. There's no need to worry about things here."
