Anne fell onto Anthony's lap and mumbled, “I'm tired so just wake me up when we are there.”

'.." Anthony remained quiet.

Anne was impressed by herself to be able to fall asleep on a helicopter. It was likely because she did not sleep well the night before. Though Anthony did not go too far, it had still taken a toll on her body.

The helicopter stopped on the top floor of the Archduke Group, where there was a gigantic 'H’ sign. Anne went down by the elevator and as soon as the elevator door opened, she saw Bianca getting out of a car at the entrance and jolted.

She immediately pressed on the elevator button and the elevator ascended to the floor above. She sighed a long breath of relief. She had just threatened Bianca into borrowing her fifty thousand and Bianca would never forgive her if she found out that Anne was still involved with Anthony.

On her way back, Anne kept thinking about the car accident in Santa Nila and the person who was behind it. She did not think it was Anthony, as Anthony would make sure that he did so without leaving any trace. 1

The car accident seemed unplanned and overall not very well thought-out.

It might be Dorothy and Bianca, but there was no way she could investigate this unless the driver confessed to it.

The door opened and the triplets were stunned to see their mother inside the apartment. They recovered from the shock almost immediately and ran towards her.

"Mama!"

"Wait..." Anne was tackled to the ground and the triplets crawled all over her like excited little kittens.

"You've finally come back, Mama!” Chloe said.

"I hate it when you go on a business trip! I hate it!" Charlie said.

Chris nodded in agreement. "I wish you won't go for the trip!"

The triplets tried to lay on her and because Anne was too slim, only Chloe was able to lay on her and the other two would have to lay behind her on the floor.

Seeing the pouts on their faces, she smiled and sat up.

Chloe fell backward and fell onto Anne's lap.

Anne planted a kiss on Chloe's chubby cheek. Charlie immediately demanded one as well while Chris waited with anticipation.

Anne wrapped her arms around the two and planted a kiss on both of their faces.

The nanny looked at the four with a smile and just as she was about to start cooking, someone knocked on the door.

The smile on Anne's face froze.

The nanny walked over and asked, "Who's there?"

"Me." It was Tommy's voice.

Relieved, Anne nodded at the nanny and the nanny proceeded to open the door.

Tommy walked in and saw the four on the ground. "You all seem to be having fun.”

"Do you want to play, too?" Chris asked.

Surprised, Tommy asked, "Can I join?"

Charlie ran over and looked up. "You can be the bad guy and we will catch you.”

"Do I look like a bad guy?" Tommy rubbed his chin.

"It's just a game!” Chloe pouted.

Tommy lifted her up. "Sure. How are we playing?”

“Crouch down. You are too tall," Charlie said.

As soon as Tommy crouched down, Charlie leaped onto him, followed by Chris, one of them grabbing onto Tommy's clothes while the other stabbed him with a toy knife.

Chloe cheered.

“..l yield!" It was the first time Tommy had seen what they were capable of and immediately admitted defeat.
