"Any concerns, Yuri?" Anne asked

Yuri chuckled and shook her head as she grabbed Anne's hand. “I just don’t want to cause you any trouble.”

“I am the one who has been causing you trouble. Besides, I don't consider taking care of you a problem at all,” Anne said sincerely.

It was the truth.

Without Yuri's help, she would have been dead on the island long ago and she would never have the chance to see her children again, or to learn how devastated her triplets had been during the time she was gone.

Anne sat on the ground by the fences with a glass of unfinished wine in her hand.

“Is something bothering you?” Yuri came over to sit next to her with a glass of wine in her hand as well.

Anne sobered and forced a smile. “No.”

"You can't fool me. Did something...happen over there?”

Though Anne had never gone into details about her past, Yuri knew a thing or two and said, “Talk to me. You will feel better.”

“I...had triplets by accident when I was single. After that...I fell for the guy and despite wanting to get close to him, I'm scared of him and feel...anxious around him,” Anne said

sorrowfully.

“Does he love you?”

*..No.” Anne paused and added, “Maybe. I don't know..."

"He has been taking care of the kids and told me that he wants me to stay by his side, but I turned him down.”

“Why?”

“Because he...is seeing someone else. A former co-worker. I am disgusted by it.”

“You only feel that way because you care about him,” Yuri said.

Just then, Anne's phone rang. She realized that she had promised to call Anthony upon arriving, but it could not possibly be a call from Anthony as it was in the middle of the night on his end However, considering how obsessive Anthony was, it did not seem impossible.

She grabbed the phone and noticed that it was from a strange number. “Hello?”

“I see that you are back.” It was the voice of a man that had been altered by device

Though she could not tell who it was, Anne instinctively paled.

“Once a member of Tianya, always a member of Tianya. You can't escape us unless you die.”

“I won't die, nor would I go back,” Anne swore.

“That's not up to you.”

"What do you want?” She asked patiently.

Yuri snatched the phone away from Anne and switched it into a speaker.
