Arabella hissed because of the pain.

Her eyebrows frowned.

The next second, Kenneth grabbed her scalded finger. "Be careful. Does it hurt?"

Kenneth put her finger in his mouth.

Arabella blinked and then quickly put her finger out of his mouth. "I'll go upstairs to deal with it."

She went upstairs.

Sadie was shocked by all this. Why was Kenneth so nervous about a maid that he even put her finger in his mouth?

Only lovers did this.

In the bedroom.

Arabella stood in front of the washstand, rinsing her scalded finger with cold water. It didn't hurt anymore.

However, the feeling when her finger was held in his mouth still lingered.

It was soft and slightly cool, instantly relieving her pain.

Arabella turned off the tap. She didn't know his intention. Since he brought Sadie home, why was he still trying to be intimate with her?

Arabella was not stupid and she could tell that Kenneth had feelings for her.

Since Sadie was staying here tonight, what would happen between them?

Arabella stayed in the room and did not go out again. Soon, someone knocked on the door.

She wondered whether it was Kenneth.

She quickly opened the door, but it was Sadie standing there.

Arabella could only put aside her disappointment for a while. She looked at Sadie and asked, "Ms. Heath, can I help you?"

Sadie looked at Arabella. Since Arabella was wearing a veil, it was hard to tell whether she was good-looking or not. But men would be attracted by her black watery eyes. No wonder Kenneth treated her so differently.

Sadie curled her lips. "You said you are the maid here, so now I want you to do something for me."

Although Sadie was smiling, Arabella could feel her hostility. "Ms. Heath, please go ahead."

"Go out to buy me a pack of condoms. I need them tonight."

Arabella froze. "You want them or Kenneth want them?"

"Who cares? It's the same. Ken agreed that I'm staying here tonight. Something will happen between us."

Sadie looked up and down at Arabella, her chest thrust out with incomparable confidence. "You are just a maid. Are you thinking about seducing Ken? He flirted with you simply because he wanted something different, but the enthusiasm won't last. Look at yourself. You are nothing compared to me. I had wonderful body shape. I am the one that he truly likes."

Arabella felt how confident Sadie was. They were indeed different. Arabella was slender and beautiful as a young girl while Sadie was hot and charming as a mature woman.

Arabella remembered Kenneth's serious appearance and all his sexual ideas. Of course, he couldn't say no to a woman like Sadie.

Arabella clenched her fists near her waist and refused coldly, "Since he likes you, he must like the condoms that you buy for him. You should do this yourself."

Then she shut the door.

Sadie was angry that Arabella closed the door in front of her. Then she deliberately shouted to a maid, "Go out and buy me a pack of condoms. Wait, I need two packs."

Arabella stood with her back against the door. She heard everything Sadie had just said.

She felt miserable and covered her ears, wondering if Kenneth would sleep with Sadie tonight.
