Athena looked at George in confusion.

"Wait five minutes." George smiled warmly. "I'll go buy some for you."

Before Athena could refuse, George walked away swiftly.

Athena sat on the bench with beautiful camellias beside her.

She reached out and touched the most beautiful one.

She quietly opened the cake box, scraped a bit with a spoon, and put it in her mouth.

Since the day Aiden was diagnosed, she hadn't eaten much. Whatever she put in her mouth tasted bitter.

This cake eased some of the bitterness in her mouth.

"How is it?" George asked.

"It's delicious." Athena nodded. "I'll buy one for Mia later."

"Don't bother." George picked up another bag. "They are for Mia and Madam Stella."

Athena smiled. "You're so thoughtful."

"I'm flattered." George sat down next to Athena.

Athena scraped a big piece this time, put it in her mouth, and closed her eyes in enjoyment. "Stella Group is awesome. When Aiden gets better, I'll have to talk to the pastry chef about opening a chain of dessert and coffee shops."

George looked at her affectionately. "Your mind is full of business ideas."

"Mm-hmm." Athena took out the other piece of cake from her bag and handed it to George. "It's yours."

George took it.

The two of them sat side by side, chatting casually and eating desserts. Athena even tasted a bit of George's cake.
