Logan had thought that the contact probably threw away the phone after the connection was made.

Athena almost burst out laughing.

The tone sounded so sarcastic.

"Hello Logan, I'm Aron, Evie's husband," Aron greeted me with a warm smile. "So, I guess that makes me your brother-in-law, not a 'guy'." The sarcasm was mutual.
