It was a bright and sunny afternoon, the white fluffy clouds drifted across the bright blue sky.

Dappled sun shone through the trees, creating mysterious shadows.

The blue sky was dotted with fluffy white clouds that drifted lazily in the gentle breeze.

The blazing midday sun shone relentlessly on the hikers.

The roads shimmered in the heat of the midday sun. The sunlit skyscrapers pierced the hot, blue sky.

The afternoon sun bathed the buildings in its warm light.

As if lightning had blossomed into the most steady of comforting glows, comes the sunny day.

Tiny specks of dust seemed to dance in the shaft of afternoon sunlight that slanted through the window.

Upon this sunny day, amid the bonny waving winds, crepuscular visions evaporated into white and brilliant cloud, there comes real space for musing.

A lady sauntered out of a black classy limousine, she was dressed in a yellow sundress which matched the sunny weather, her high heeled stiletto hit the graveled ground.

The hot air hit her as she was no longer in the comforts of her air-conditioned car.

She wore black shades which protected her eyes from the harsh blazing sun.

A purse in hand she smacked her lips together and trudged to the mall her heels clicking all the way into the mall.

Her driver drove off to the parking lot as she walked into the mall her heels clicking on the tiled floor.

She strolled to the jewelry stall and strolled to the young lady in charge of the jewelry stall.

"Hello there, I need your most finest and purest of silver and gold necklaces" Madison said removing her shades.

The young lady looked up with a smile, but it dropped instantly the moment she set her eyes on her, her gaze turned to a glare, a sharp one.

Her lips curled up, and her eyes turned to a glowed, a sinister look sent her way, her eyes held anger, so much anger, disgust, hatred.

Even Madison's perfume she loathed.

The sight of her made her insides burn with unimaginable fire, one that could maybe quench by her downfall.

Her nose flared in anger as she stared at the being in front of her, she felt as though she would just reach out to her neck and strangle her to death, stop her from taking in oxygen.

Cut her existence off the face of the earth.

Her eyes expressed what her intuition was, as the say the eyes is the mirror to one's soul, so was her eyes reflecting what she thought.

"Hello miss..." Madison paused, trying to figure out what her name could be, before her eyes drifted to her name tag 'Kylie'.

"Hello miss Kylie, didn't you get my message?" Madison said her voice peachy as she felt uncomfortable under Kylie's gaze.

Several chills ran down her spine, the menacing glares Kylie sent her way was life threatening, a glimpse to what she could do if they happen to meet in an alley.

A life threatening situation, she would be obliterated from the face of the earth.

It was obvious Kylie's eyes held it all.

Madison though oblivious to the reason for her sinister scowls, she could still see the fire within them, the promise of what she could do to her if alone, the fierce look of hatred and disgust. But she couldn't Phantom the reason to all her hateful stares, she could not just tell.

"Yeah ma'am I got your message, I'll get you the finest of jewelry that fits your reputation" Kylie said with a wide smile, glad that she could make her uncomfortable with her stares. Madison flashed an uncomfortable smile at her in response.

Kylie strolled to the jewelry stall and brought a few jewelry for Madison and placed it on her stand still with a smile.

She unlocked the boxes and was shocked at what she saw.

"What the absolute fu*k is this Kylie?" Madison asked her voice raised in anger.

The gold jewelries were now washed and brass with a tinge of stainless steel in it, the sliver jewelries were also washed, it's real product pure stainless steel.

This shocked her to the core, she couldn't believe her eyes.

"These are the purest and finest of jewelry in this stall, just like you requested "Kylie said with a smirk.

"Is that an insult? Do you know who I am?" Madison voice raised in anger, she was shocked at this staff audacity.

"Of course I do ma'am, and the jewelries you requested for is what I brought to you, like I said it would be one that would fit your reputation." Kylie said her arms folded as she a stared at Madison not bothered by her reaction to what she had given her or the words she uttered.

"What the fu*k!!" Madison practically screeched.

"Ma'am please mind your language, I don't want you passing off your bad air to other customers..."

"And also please go bother someone else with your scrawny voice, my ears are bleeding from hearing your speak." Kylie said a satisfied smile on her face.

"Oh really? I need to speak to your manager then, I think he'll have something to say on this." Madison said with a smirk, for she knew every staff feared their manager.

Kylie not even slightly bothered, picked up the telephone on her desk and called her manager.

"Hello sir, a customer wishes to speak with you" Kylie said into the phone.

"Why?"

"She has a problem with the jewelry I gave her"

"Okay, give the phone to her"

Kylie gave the telephone to Madison, she took the phone from Kylie not without giving her a glower, Kylie rolled her eyes in response as she didn't care what ever facial expression she threw her way.

"Hello ma'am, could you please tell me what is wrong with the jewelry Kylie gave you?" The manager asked.

"I would like you to see for yourself sir, so please come down here" She commanded.

The manager heaved a loud sigh as he muttered an "okay" before he hangs up.

Madison sat on the bar stool in front of Kylie stall and glared at her, but Kylie didn't care, instead she gazed at her well manicured fingers not giving a damn to her stares. "So what is the problem ma'am" The manager said as he approaches them both.

Madison turned around the moment she heard his voice.

The manager's face turned to a scowl the moment he saw her which Madison noticed, she couldn't help but wonder what was up in this Mall.

"What is wrong with the jewelry you asked for ma'am" He said in a cold voice.

"Everything, it's washed and not what I requested for, I requested for the finest and purest of jewelries you owned but this silly brat gave me these" Madison said.

"But these are the type you requested, one for someone of your taste, and reputation, don't you think so Kylie?" The manager said.

"Yes sir this was exactly what I told her and she demanded to speak with you" Kylie said with a bright smile.

"Ma'am if you don't like what you got you can go to another Mall" The manger offered.

"Do you know who you are referring to?"

"Yes we know, you're just the bitch who snatched another woman's husband, such jewelry fits your reputation" Kylie said with a scowl on her face.

She was outraged and felt insulted by her words and went for her neck.

She grabbed Kylie's neck and tried to choke her to death, The manager pulled her back and she fell to the floor her heels twisted and broke.

Kylie coughed as she rubbed her neck trying to take in air still giving Su Meghan a glower.

"How dare you try to attack one of may staffs, you are no longer welcomed to this Mall, such a disgrace to womanhood" The Manager said in anger. "A sl*t that is what she is" Kylie said.

"Call the security Kylie tell then to throw this flit, this scumbag out of this mall" The manager said and walked off in anger.

Passing customers stared at Madison in disgust and humor as the snickered and commented on her different insults and profanities were rained on her.

Madison bent her head in she as she tried to gather her self up, holding her two heels in her hands she limped out of the mall before Kylie could call the security.

At the edge of the cloud there was a brilliant white patch, like a turning page catching the sun. The rest was dove grey with a subtle hint of purple, just enough to announce the coming sunset.

With the calming breeze of the coming night, the shadow of a man stood staring far off into the orange sky, he signed heavily as memories of the past event which took place in this area came flashing back.

But all he could think of was the promise.

Her promise.

She had promised to stay, not to leave, never to leave.

But she left.

She broke her promise.
