Max's POV

"Who ?" I said once again.

"Grandpa sent me here, he sent me here to find a Maxwell Lawson," she spit out barley before gagging.

"Why?" I stated again, As if I never said anything in the first place. While pulling out a desert eagle pistol with silver bullets.

"I'm not gonna ask again, my girl doesn't like me torturing people, she says it's inhumane. Last chance WHY?" I spoke aggressively.

"MY FATHER, IM HERE FOR MAXWELL LAWSON MY FATHER!" She screamed out now feeling defeated,

"Your father ?" I said now utterly serious, this is now a serious matter, at first I assumed she was a stray sent to spy on us but truth is she might be kin. Father needs to see this for himself.

*Father your needed in the cellar, it's important* I thought, while waiting for a reply.

*Coming down now son* he replied.

"We'll see soon if enough, if your Maxwell's daughter little pup." I chuckled while saying.

After a few minutes my father arrived downstairs, once he entered the room it started to get uncomfortable two alphas In one room was a lot.

I could tell she was feeling it too, but see seemed angry now that my dad was on her face. she growled loudly and showed her teeth. She was bothered and she showed it.

"Ahh so who might this be MJ, she seems aggressive. I know you didn't bring me down here to do your dirty work, now did you ?" He finally said after a few minutes of silence.

"No father, she claims to be Kin to you. Specifically your her father." I finally said.

"Hmmm," was all he said then he knelt down and looked her eye to eye. "Who said you where my kin, sweetheart?" He said softly, Now suddenly engaged into the conversation.

"Grandpa, Grandpa Malcom told me to find his son, And all the answers would be given to me at that time." She told him.

"Well if you woulda started off with that I'm sure my son wouldn't have been so inhospitable."

"What do you mean dad?" I said now curious.

"This is your older sister Maxine, clean her up I need to go speak with your mother." He said quickly and then he left.

I looked at her, an older sister, wow where would I have gotten a older sister. I'm the oldest, at least I thought I was.

It was nerve racking, to think she would have lead the pack if it wasn't me. I don't know why but I was jealous.

*Get her dressed and have her meet us in the kitchen* I told my beta and walked out needing some air.

*You got it dude* he thought trying to be funny but it wasn't and I gave him a look to let him know that.

"Babe, are you okay?" Kim asked while walking towards the kitchen trying to understand my unsettling feelings within my heart.

"Yes Im fine," I lied I'm not fine, I have a long lost sister and she might take the throne, And I hated that possibility.

Not a favorable outcome, for me at least. I needed to be the leader for my wolf sake and mine, he agreed growling.

Maxine POV

"Get dressed," Maxwell Jr's beta said while throwing clothes at me, and a key. I unlocked my cuffs and got dressed, into a long sleeve tee shirt and hip hugger jeans.

I'm sure this was Kim's stuff, I didn't mind though she was the most decent person I met so far. My so called brother would have killed me if it wasn't for her help.

As I walked towards the kitchen, I asked his beta. " What's your name ?" He replied

"I'm Austin, and you are ?" He said with a smile.

" I'm Maxine," I said simply. If I would possibly be living here I need to know who's who and fast.

"The Pleasure is all mine, welcome home" is all he said while opening the double doors to the kitchen.

This kitchen was huge, like something off the Rachel ray cooking show or something. Marble countertops, and luxurious Islands, and don't get me started on the appliances. I need to stop the girly was coming out and I didn't like it very much.

I seem to catch MJ and Kim, mid conversation, as he noticed I walked in "She doesn't belo-" MJ was saying while telling his truths.

"Who doesn't belong here ?" I said simply, "I never chose to come here to this big ass fancy house. I would rather be on the res with grampa, but his last dying wish was me to meet my family."emphasis on family.

"The family that doesn't want me, the family that left me as a small pup to fiend for herself all because you wasn't sure I got the alpha gene. Jokes on you because I just started to be able to shift. So don't worry I don't want you crown baby bro. I wouldn't dare try to lead This selfish ass pack." I snarled through my teeth.

"THEY DESERVE YOU, TRULY!" I screamed. Suddenly shaking, I don't know why I was so mad now. So very angry at him and my dad even my mom where was the bitch after all these years, leaving me for dead.

I wanted to see her face, so I could break it.

Lost in thought, I seen a new face walk in through the corridor, and Jesus he was handsome as fuck.

My wolf yelped at this handsome man, he was tall but no to tall brown skinned, with a man bun, with the sides cut super low. The most amazing ocean Blue eyes, and the deepest cleft chin.

I don't know why but he calmed me at the sight, I guess this is what they mean but love at first sight. My mind body and soul needed him . Now more than ever, he looked at me then, Time stopped. I didn't know he was next to me till he spoke, uber close to my lips, now face to face.

"YOUR MINE," was all he spoke and the chains that held my grief and sorrow disappeared as of he was the gate keeper to my heart and soul ........
