Chapter 27 

Today Giselle was in a surprisingly good mood and lost count of her drinks. Giselle drank more than usual with various cocktails in turn and did not care about the alcohol level. 

Afterward, she was the first to become lose consciousness. 

Giselle slept on the sofa with flushed cheeks, and even the edge of her eyes was tinted with slight peach color. 

Due to heat, Giselle’s dress was unconsciously unbuttoned for the first two buttons, revealing a slender, pale neckline. 

Hymes noticed it and immediately took off his jacket to cover Giselle.

Hymes managed to hold on until the car finally drove into Giselle’s neighborhood and parked below her house. 

The driver came to open the door for them while Hymes carried Giselle out of the car in his arms. 

Hymes didn’t expect Giselle to be slightly awakened at this moment, muttering vaguely, “Water! Bring my water with you! I still haven’t finished drinking it.” 

Giselle’s behavior was so innocent and enchanting, and surprisingly cute. 

Hymes had no choice but to rush back into the car and carry Giselle and her bottle of water all the way back home. 

When Giselle was finally on her bed, Giselle closed her eyes comfortably while enjoying the blanket’s softness. 

Hymes went to the bathroom to get Giselle’s usual facial towel and wanted to help her wipe her face briefly.
