Message from an Angel
Chapter 10 Sparks and Fireworks

Rhydon had pleaded with his father and the other gods to let him go down to the earth and be with Beth. He had always been a bit of a troublemaker, so with a heavy sigh they agreed to let him go. As Zaphreal and the other gods watched what was going on unbeknown to the two of them below, sparks passed between them which only the gods could see.

“He loves her.” Zaphreal’s eyes gleamed.

“Her heart is still broken, only Rhydon will be able to fix it for her, show her what true love is all about.” One of the other gods sighed hopeful of Rhydon changing his ways.

They all talked whilst they watched the interaction of them both together. The sun was beaming down on just the two of them whilst dark clouds formed over James and Laura.

“How did she find out?” Laura reached across the table and took James’s hand. “We were always careful, weren't we?”

“Well we did get carried away on Saturday night.” James chuckled as he remembered doing her in the cupboard.

“Do you think she heard us then?”

“Duh… of course she fucking heard us, how else could she know, we’ve been fucking each other for over two years and she never once caught us.” James shook his head and rolled his eyes at her.

“What are we going to do now?” Laura pouted.

“Well one thing I want to know is who the fuck the guy is that has suddenly appeared.” James rubbed his chin thinking back to when she could have met him. “Maybe he is someone from the gym? She went there on friday on her own.”

James stood up, he was sure that is where she must have met the guy. Laura jumped out of her seat and followed James out of the place. When they were walking back the dark clouds followed them, he stopped when he caught sight of Beth sitting with the guy. Rhydon had his arm around Beth as they had finished eating and were enjoying each other's company.

Rhydon turned his head and gazed at Beth lovingly as she enjoyed the sun beaming down on her face. She had her eyes closed as she absorbed the heat and the warmth when a thought came into her mind.

“Do you control the weather then?” Beth turned to look at Rhydon.

“Sometimes we can.” He pushed her hair back off her shoulder and caressed her cheek.

“What about demons? Do they exist?”

“Why do you want to know about demons?” Rhydon smiled

“I want to know if I will go to hell for what I want to do to Laura and James.”

“Thinking and doing are two separate things, and yes demons do exist, but they are not quite how you portray them.”

“What do you mean?”

“Well they don’t have horns on their heads or tails for a start.”

Beth started laughing, Rhydon loved her even more every time she smiled or laughed a new awakening of feeling grew and his body reacted. He had never experienced a full human body for this length of time before and the tightness in his crotch started to become uncomfortable. Beth noticed him shifting and asked him if he was alright.

“Erm, well it’s a bit embarrassing for me as I’ve never experienced this before.” Rhydon glanced down and pointed to his crotch. He was sure he could hear his father laughing up in the clouds.

“Oh… well you have to shift it to make it lie in a position which is a bit better.” Beth covered her mouth to hide the bemused smile she had.

“Do you think you can help me?” Rhydon’s cheeks flushed red, mainly as he was wanting so much more with Beth.

“You want me to touch you?” Beth’s eyes widened as she realised he wasn’t joking.

“Beth this is all very new to me.” He said it so innocently.

“Erm, maybe if you stand up it might be easier.”

Beth stood up and held out her hand for Rhydon to take, she bit her lip as he joined her and took her in his arms. He squeezed his eyes shut and held onto her tightly as he let out a gasp because his hardness throbbed as it pressed up against her.

“Fuck is it meant to be like this?” He could swear it was much different as an angel.

“Oh so angels do swear then…” Beth couldn’t help herself chuckling.

“Help me, or I’m going to have to take it out of these trousers.”

“You can’t do that, we are in public.”

Rhydon's gaze penetrated deep into her eyes begging her to help him. Beth glanced about, there were hardly anyone around. She took a quick glance down and saw his bulge, she trembled as she undid his button to loosen off the trousers to start with. She bit her lip before sticking her hand down and grabbing hold of his erection and maneuvering it so it was in a better position. He let out a sigh of relief and Beth tried to hide her flushed cheeks.

“You could have done that yourself.”

“I know, but it was so much more fun when you touched me.” Rhydon gave her a cheeky grin and a laugh followed.

“You... “ Beth hit him on his chest and he grabbed her hands.

“It is true though, I haven’t experienced this as a human.”

“What about as an angel?”

“Maybe I will be able to show you what I can do with it as an angel one day.” His eyes sparkled and the cheeky side of him shone through.

He was about to lean down and kiss Beth again when James’s voice appeared at the side of them.

“So how long have you been seeing him then?” James cocked his head to the side.

“Again you still haven’t answered me, how long have you been fucking her? And another question: how long have you been doing late night chats to girls?”

“It’s none of your fucking business now is it you bitch.” The corners of his mouth curled upwards into a sneer.

Beth could tell this was the first time Laura had heard that he had been chatting to other girls as she turned to face him, he shrugged his shoulders at her to say he didn’t care what she thought. Beth was getting nowhere with James so she turned to Laura.

“Tell me Laura as he keeps avoiding the question, how long have you been seeing each other?”

“Erm, well…”

“Spit it out, it isn’t going to make a difference what you say, I just want to know how long he has been a cheating bastard.”

“Over two years.” Laura looked down at the ground.

Beth was lucky Rhydon was there holding her as she was sure she would have collapsed to the ground. Bile rose in her stomach, she thought she was going to throw up. She covered her mouth and Rhydon held her tighter.

“Let's get you away from here.” Rhydon lent down and whispered in her ear.

“You can’t have a go at me when you have been cheating on me.” James shouted at her, It was more so that everyone around them could hear him.

Beth stopped dead, took a deep breath and turned towards him.

“After I ran out of the party because I heard you both fucking in a cupboard, my heel broke and I fell to the ground. Rhydon here happened to be walking by and helped me up, and made sure I got home safely. I didn’t expect him to send me flowers or to come back later on.”

“So it is just a coincidence that he appears, gives you flowers and takes you out for lunch?” He shot her a venomous look.

“It was a coincidence that fateful night I happened to be there, I took care of a beautiful woman who was hurt, I wanted to show her how wonderful she was, heal a broken heart and fall from heaven to be with her.” Rhydon beamed showing his gorgeous smile making James grit his teeth annoyed.

Beth took Rhydon’s hand, he linked his fingers with hers setting off a golden spark between them as their connection grew.

“Come and we shall go collect your flowers and take them home with us where I shall take you to heaven and back and show you how a real man makes love to a woman.”

Rhydon said it loud enough that James and Laura could both hear it. He couldn’t help himself, he knew Beth had already sent in her resignation and with her calculated holidays which were left to use up, she was leaving them that day. Everything had worked out nicely for her. As she walked back into the workplace whispers were heard going around the office. Beth picked up the few things she had and Rhydon collected the flowers. James and Laura had arrived shortly after and watched the two of them together. Before Beth left she turned round, people in open desks tried to make themselves busy.

“The only truth in here is that James is a cheater and a liar, I’m sure some of you have probably noticed that he and Laura have been fucking each other for the last two years and you’ve not had the guts to tell me. Well I’m done here, with him and my so called best friend. They can both go off and fuck as much as they like now without feeling guilty, not that you were ever feeling that I bet. James if you are listening I’m going to be nice and stick your clothes into a black bin bag and leave them at the front door. The locks will be changed so don’t even bother trying to come in. I don’t want to see your face ever again.”

Beth let out a huge breath of air, she had never spoken out loud like that in her life before, she turned and walked out. As soon as the door shut to the office a beam of sunshine shone brightly down onto the two of them whilst they walked back to Beth’s house.
