Gabriel Zades P.O.V

“What do we do now ?” I asked raising an eyebrow at him.

Taking a big bite out of his sandwich,“We could ask help from your ex-fiancé.” He suggested with his mouth full of food making me grimace.

I scratched the back of my neck thinking about his suggestion. “You think she’d help?”

“Aren’t you supposed to answer that question yourself?” He asked as a matter of fact.

I suppose she would.

Valentine Winters P.O.V

“W-what?” I asked completely shocked.

He sighed before getting up away from me and sitting down. “I’m also a virgin Valentine.” He repeated.

But how come ? He tried to technically rape a girl right in front of me. I cringe at the distaste bitter memory.

“S-so y-you-“ I started.

“Never, you’re the first I ever countered intimacy.” He said, a slight blush tinting his cheeks. I didn’t know how to react at that comment.

But then how come he was so mad knowing he can never have sexual intercourse with anyone after marking me unknowingly ?

He looked over at me. Tracing my left cheekbone with his thumb, caressing my sun kissed skin. “I’m glad that I didn’t too.” He finished.

I smiled a little.

“I-I’m sor-.” Before I could finish my sentence, he crashed his lips onto mine shutting me off instantly.

The kiss was short as he pulled away. “I forgive you.” He smiled. “But don’t ever do something like that again.” He said in a joking manner covering his tone but only a dumb person wouldn’t see the solemnity behind it.

“It’s been a long exhausting day, let’s take some rest. Shall we ?” He suggested and I nodded. He rolled over to the other side of the bed.

Oh shit! My plate. I didn’t wash it. My mom will kill me. I stood up from the bed slowly making my way towards the door. “Where are you going ?” He asked with curiosity evident in his voice.

“I’ll b-be back.” I said opening the door.

“Okay.” He said unsure of anything else to ask me.

I quickly went down the staircase and picked up the plate putting it in the sink and washing it. I wiped my hands with the towel beside and thought about the the memories of what happened moments ago as it replayed in my head making my cheeks flush from embarrassment.

A small smile playing on my lips. “There you are.” I heard a voice from the back of me. Lucifer again ? I turn around.

A very wet looking Gabriel was standing in front of me with another guy whose also drenched yet still eating sandwiches ?

“Gabriel, w-why are you a-all wet?” I asked and the other person snickers. Probably having a double meaning to my question.

“He’s horny.” The other guy mouthed at me.

“It’s raining outside.” Gabriel gritted out and scowled at him before rolling his eyes at his behaviour. “I need your help.” He said looking at me with uncertainty swirling in his eyes.

I knew this wasn’t any common help.

I looked at the both of them, thinking. Gabriel has his pleading eyes while the other was just waiting for my reply.

I sighed. I can’t say no.

I groaned. “S-Shoot.”

Lilith Ra P.O.V

The door to the room opened revealing Gabriel, Valentine and one unknown guy. The unknown guy looked over at me before winking making me raise an eyebrow at him.

“Hey señorita.” He flirted wiggling his eyebrows at me and giving me a cheeky smile, his two dimples on display.

I looked over at Gabriel only to see him already scowling at him. “Adam.” He warned making the guy named Adam roll his eyes at him and giving me another wink.

“We haven’t got much time, we need to leave now.” Gabriel told before coming over at me and carrying me up bridal style.

“I can walk.” I said but he ignored me.

He placed me down in a car and strapped the seatbelt. Seriously ? I’m at the back of the car, do I still need a seatbelt ?

Valentine sat behind with me while Adam sat on the passenger seat beside the driver seat. Guess it doesn’t need a genius to know that Gabriel is the one that’s gonna be the driver.

But then the driver itself didn’t wear a seatbelt.

Men.

Pathetic.

“So you think you can at least get to know some of the roads Valentine ?” Gabriel asked her.

“Roads to where?” I asked.

“Your sister ?” He questioned.

Before Valentine could answer him, I cut in. “I know exactly how the road goes, I’ll lead.” I said.

Why are they asking her directions when I was the one who came out from there ? I know exactly where it is.

Lucifer Zades P.O.V

I woke up startled as my room door was opened rather harshly. I looked at the clock and it was one and a half hour late. What was she doing for so long ?

I turned around only to meet Octavius and Zachary rather than her.

What are these two doing here ? I thought they’re the ones that helped switch me here ? Is my so called father-in-law having second thoughts ?

“What is it ?” I asked.

Octavius looked at Zachary and they were having staring competitions going on probably arguing which one should spill out the beans.

My patience was wearing thin though.

“Spit it out.” I said getting up from the bed and on my way towards them.

“Did Valentine tell you where she’s going?” Octavius asked rudely I might add. The feelings mutual, I don’t like this dip shit either.

Wait, what ?

“Going ?” I questioned.

“Yea, she went with your half-brother, his mate and this weird dude. He fucking flirted with my sister right in front of me.” Zachary stepped in finishing off his sentence quite annoyed.

I groaned.

“Fuck.” I cursed.

I stormed out from the room not caring that I bumped their shoulders, already making my way descending the staircase hastily.

“What’s wrong ?” Zachary asked right behind of me with Octavius or should I just name him DipShit.

“They’re all going to the hunter’s realm.” I stated.

“You don’t know that for sure, how could you just assume it ?” Octavius asked accusing that I’m already wrong.

I glared at him.

“I need a car.” I told to Zachary.

“I don’t have it but Octavius does.” He said looking over at him.

I rather walk.

I was just about to walk away and maybe try to find my own car that I left.

“I’m fine with borrowing mines, she’s my best friend and Luna.” Octavius stated while passing me the car keys.

“Better stay that way, not more.” I mumbled under my breath. My wolf agreeing with me.

Before I could take it from his grip he took it back. “But, on one condition. We are coming with you.” Octavius said and Zachary nodded alongside him.

I sighed.

“Fine, can I have the keys now ?” I asked my patience wearing thin by the following second.

“No, I’ll drive.” Octavius said before walking in front of us. Zachary shook his head covering up his smile.

I rolled my eyes before following him.
