Sherry felt a restlessness rising in her chest. Without realizing it, her lips curled into a smile.

She said stoutly, “I may be married to you, but it doesn't mean I have to tolerate your nonsense forever. If you ever dare to-"

“I wouldn't dare. Before she could finish, John hugged her tightly and assured her. “I wouldn't ever dare, my dear wife,”

Sherry smiled coyly. “That's a smart man.”

John chuckled heartily before letting her go.

Below the stage, everyone beheld the loving couple with lovestruck eyes.

Madam Stockton, Lisa, and the others formed shy smiles.

Sylvia laughed along with Odell, the two held each other tenderly.

Meanwhile, Isabel and Queenie were doubled over with laughter.

Liam had covered Caprice’s eyes, but the girl was still grinning from ear to ear.

When Sherry remembered that there were so many people staring at her, she wanted to burrow herself into a hole. She wanted to jump off the stage and flee the scene.

She blushed and turned to John.

John smiled and gently patted her head, then he looked at the host and gave a signal

The host immediately stepped forward and distracted the crowd. His booming voice was very effective at drawing the attention of the rowdy crowd.

He announced gladly, “And this wraps up the wedding ceremony! I wish the bride and groom a happy life. forever and ever!”

A standing ovation followed.

The host invited everyone present to join the newlywed couple on stage for a group picture, then he excused himself from the stage

The first ones up on the stage were Madam Stockton, Queenie, as well as Caprice. They took a wonderful family picture together.

After that, all of the relatives and friends present were invited on stage for a group picture.

Sherry excitedly invited Lisa on stage.

Lisa had a plane to catch. After taking the picture, she congratulated Sherry before taking her leave. Meanwhile, Madam Stockton led all the friends and relatives of the family to the banquet hall for a feast

Sherry suddenly turned to Sylvia and Odell, she exclaimed brightly, “Syl, Odell, come on and bring your kids up here so we can all take a picture!”

Sylvia smiled and obliged She stepped onto the stage with Odell

Isabel, Flint, and Liarn joined them as well

Queenie, who was in the middle of escorting the guests to the banquet hall with Madam Stockton, caught what was happening on stage from her peripheral vision. She immediately bound toward the stage as if

her life depended on it.

Sherry pulled Sylvia closer to her.

Odell stood with John, the two men looked dashing together.

Liam stood on the other side of Odell

Caprice Flint, Isabel, and Queenie crouched in front.

The photographer framed the picture carefully. Before taking the shot, he noticed the boy standing next to Odell and gestured at the boy. “Young man, smile for the camera!”

Everyone turned to look at Liam.

Liam hardly wore any expression on his face as his default expression had always been very stoic. Sylvia asked him to smile.

Sherry knew this was merely Liam being himself and wanted to ask the photographer to let the boy be.

Before she could inform the photographer, Caprice suddenly spoke up, “Brother Liam, smile for the camera!”

She looked up at Liam with an eager glow in her eyes.

“Alright,” Liam said softly and traced a smile.

His smile was subtle and very reserved, but it was a very fitting look for him. A warm glow appeared in his eyes and he looked more handsome than usual.

Sherry and Sylvia exchanged a smile with each other.

The photographer drew their attention. “Alright everyone, look at the camera please.”

Sherry and Sylvia smiled and faced the camera.

Both John and Odell smiled at the camera as well.

A soft smile hung on Liam's lips as he readied himself for the shot.
