"What did you get today?”

The call ended briefly.

Aiden was not in a hurry to answer. He said to the ladies and guys, “Caden and I have something to discuss. Give us the room.”

The picture showed Sherry carrying a three-year-old girl in the theme park with a handsome man following them everywhere they went.

Sherry steered the car carefully. It was quiet on the way back.

Just when Sherry wanted to stop the car in front of her apartment, the man’s deep voice sounded, “Nice driving.”

Sherry’s brows raised but she did not respond.

“Is this your own car?” he asked.

No matter how she listened to it, the man was obviously trying to flirt with her, so she simply gave him the silent treatment.

John saw the expression on her face through the rearview mirror. He chuckled and said, " It's a nice car.”

It was not a branded car, but it was clean and comfortable. He was thinking of buying her a bigger car for her.

Sherry’s eyes were glued to the front. Her expression was frosty and her lips were sealed as she drove the car into the apartment's parking lot.

John zipped his mouth.

The car finally stopped.

John got out of the car with Caprice in his arms, and Sherry got out as well.

When she saw Caprice sleeping soundly in John's arms, she simply put her hands out to him. John curled his lips and put Caprice in her care.

As soon as she got Caprice in her hands, she moved her feet towards the elevator without sparing an extra glance at the man.

John was left standing on the spot.

When the mother and daughter finally disappeared from his sight, he left. He was staying in the hotel opposite the street. He crossed the road and reached the hotel's lobby with ease.
