The moment I joined everyone at the breakfast, I learned from the Luna Opal that the King wouldn’t be joining us today because he ieft in the morning for some urgent work. Immediately I realized that I wasn’t dreaming when I felt Ezekiel on my bed at dawn, asking me to give him a goodbye k*ss. 

And like a stupid idiot, I tossed in the other direction, prioritizing my sleep over romance. 

Luna Opal just knew that he had, but no one knew where he exactly went or for how many days.
