Dane POV 

“Dane! Dane!” Emily called me as I walked out of the meeting room to the elevator. When I didn’t reply, she walked in the elevator with me and stopped others to enter. She pressed the close button and turned towards me with a scowl on her face. “What did you just do? You not only embarrassed me in front of the whole crowd, you even made that b*tch Violet, the Director of the modeling firm? What the hell were you thinking? How could you put that rogue cunt above me?” 

Fury blasted in my chest and I grabbed her throat with one hand. My wolf wanted to come out and kill her. My fangs elongated and my claws jutted out. “How dare you speak like that about my mate?” I growled. My growl was so animalistic that Emily’s blood drained from her face. She started coughing and choking as tears ran down her eyes. “If I ever find you speaking crap about my mate, I will let my wolf free! You understand?” 

“Y–yes!” she said as she caught my wrist. “I–I am sorry Alpha! Please put me down.” 

It was then I realized I had picked Emily in the air. I removed my hand from her throat and she dropped on the floor in a heap. I resisted the urge to kick her, and as soon as the lift stopped, I walked out of the elevator. Seconds later, I heard her heels clicking behind me. I really needed to get her away from me if I had to focus on my mate and my 

son.

That is fair because I’ve seen Alphas who have over two or three women other than their Lunas. I am ready to accommodate with Violet if she agrees. to be your ‘other woman‘. She is a rogue after all, and your pack members are going to go against you if you marry a rogue. You must understand, that your mother would go ballistic if she comes to know

“Get lost, Emily!” I growled. “Get lost before I do something horrible. Remember this once and for all. Violet ran away from me because she didn’t want to be my mistress. Do you think she is going to accept being my mistress this time now that she is very successful and popular?” 

“That is the only choice you have, Dane!” she retorted, her fists balled at her sides. “I will not let Violet be your Luna. If you will disagree, I will be forced to take action against you.” 

I leaned forward as a snarl escaped my l*ps. “Do whatever you like, Emily. And now go before I snap your n*eck in two.” 

My eyes must have flashed golden because Emily paled. She cowered, stepped back, and hurried away. 

I opened the door of my room with a sigh. Fishing out the phone from my pocket, I called Jackson. “What’s the best way to remove Emily from my side?” I asked. 

Jackson laughed. “You can ask her to go back to her pack, but her father won’t take it nicely. As we talk on the phone, George Thorpe is sitting with your mother to hurry the wedding preparations.” 

Damn it! In a rage I picked up a lamp and threw it on the floor. “I hate that bastard!” 

Jackson chuckled. “You shouldn’t have rejected your mate, Dane.” 

I stabbed my fingers in the hair, exasperated as hell. “Did you send the gammas?” 

“Yes, I have sent four warriors,” he replied. “One of them is always stationed around Violet’s house. I have two who are going to act as

your agents, and the fourth one will be around Dave’s school.” 

“Thanks Jackson.” 

“Thank me later. Oh, by the way, one of my informants said that they have tracked down the witch who Violet contacted to buy potion from.” 

I froze. So my suspicion was right. Violet was using a potion to suppress my son’s scent. I gave instructions to Jackson on what to do next and then went back to my phone. I had looked for a room to rent in front of Violet’s house. There was no room to rent, but there was a large, partially furnished house to buy. I tapped the dealer’s number on 

the screen. 

Two hours later, the dealer was showing me the house. It had five bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a kitchen, a living space, a balcony that wrapped around the house and two gardens. 

By the end of the day; I was its owner. 

In the evening, my gammas were onto the task of furnishing it. 

By night, I had officially become my mate’s stalker.
