Chapter 58 

Because Zachary’s situation was unsuitable for further investigation, their inspection had to end early. 

They packed their things and prepared to leave. Just as they were about to leave, Caroline saw a black shadow flash past 

them. 

Fortunately, she reacted quickly. As she dodged, she kicked Zachary and sent him flying. 

Zachary seemed to have fallen into a crazy state. He was in delirium and madness. He picked up a chair and smashed it at Caroline and Riley.

Then Melissa looked at her husband. 

Harry coughed and said, “Caroline, I’m sorry for the misunderstanding that Dad didn’t understand last time. I hope your don’t take it to heart. 

“Dad called you back today mainly to discuss the matter of you going to be the design director of the Lewis Group.” 

Harry handed the contract to Caroline and said, “Take a look. This is the contract. If you want to retum to the Lewis Group, sign this contract. You’ll be on duty tomorrow.” 

Caroline took the contract and tore it apart without even looking at it. 

“Caroline, what are you doing? Why did you tear the contract?” Harry asked with a frown. 

Melissa also asked in shock, “Caroline, why did you tear up the contract? At least take a look!” 

“Dad, aren’t you being too polite? I’m the Lewis family’s daughter. Do I still need to sign a contract to help the Lewis Group? Isn’t that just a word from you?” 

Caroline smiled faintly. How could she not know what the old fox was plotting?

Her hypocritical face was nauseating. Caroline glanced at Melissa coldly and went up to the second floor.
