Severin was having a walk with Diane in the yard when Selene ran over and exclaimed excitedly, "Dad! Dad! I had another breakthrough!"

Severin immediately carried his adorable daughter up and said, "Wow! You're already a level three profound master! Haha, not bad, not bad! At this rate, you'll probably become the youngest warrior king in the whole of Dracodom."

Birk pulled a long face and could not help but ask, "What's the name of his uncle's sect? Our Stormy Moon Sect is slightly better than some of the smaller and unpopular sects, and we command a bit of respec too. How can he be so unappreciative? Is our sect really that bad?"

Sofia rolled her eyes at Birk. "Forget about it, Dad. We can only compare our sect with some of the more unpopular ones, and even then, we're not on par with them. Anyway, I didn't ask about the name of his sect because I didn't think it was appropriate."

"Fine. Since he already has other plans, then so be it." Birk could only wave his hand and sit back down unhappily. He looked at Sofia, and then asked, "Why did you come back so quickly after Severin declined our offer? I thought you liked him? You ought to be trying to win his heart. Even if he won't join our sect or become our supreme elder, he can still be my son-in-law, can't he?"
