Chapter 63: Shawn's Goes Into Labor

Donna and I were watching Seven Brides For Seven Brothers. I was having difficulty getting comfortable. I did not sleep at all because my back hurt so bad.

"I have to go to the bathroom" I said standing up.

I stood up and walked five feet and screamed. I grabbed my belly and saw that my water broke.

"Donna yelled to Gunner we have to go to the hospital. Shawn's water broke."

" He ran out of the club yelling that Shawn is having the baby."

Everyone ran to the clubhouse and Donna had the suitcase and was helping Shawn to the door. Gunner picked her up and put her in the truck.

The men followed behind on their bikes. As they reached the hospital and were getting off their bikes they heard Shawn yelling

"I want Ryan."

" Where is Ryan?"

I jumped off my bike and ran over to Gunner's side.

"I am her little one."

"" Ryan, you, Gunner, and Shadow don't leave me."

" We won't" I said.

As Gunner carried me inside a nurse said put her in the chair.

"You all wait in the waiting room."

" No, I screamed. They don't leave me."

" They can't come she said in a firm voice."

I looked at her with gritted teeth.

"They do not leave my side bitch. If you try to make them I will strangle you."

" Then I let out a scream. He is my husband, that is my brother in law and he is my bodyguard and best male friend. So fuck you and get me another nurse."

Just then I saw my cousin Julie walking down the hall.

"Julie get this bitch away from me."

" Julie said I will take her."

Then she looked at Ryan and smiled shyly at him. This woman was looking at me and smiling at me. I can't believe that. She leaned down and said something in Shawn's ear.

I saw Shawn smile. Then she gritted her teeth and said.

"Julie, I will talk about him after this baby is born."

We walked behind the nurse to the room and sat in chairs and the couch as the curtain was pulled around the bed.

"She yelled. Don't push Shawn."

" Someone go to the station and tell them we need the doctor right now she is pushing."

A few minutes later a woman doctor walked in and we heard her say.

"You are having this baby now."

" Then stop pushing. Take a breath."

" Push, that's right I see the head."

" Deep breaths, now push the shoulders are out."

Then we heard crying.

"You have a daughter. She is beautiful."

Shadow and Ryan congratulated Gunner.

"I have a daughter."

" That's what the doctor" said.

"Her cousin will protect her" Shadow said.

"I will protect her" Ryan said.

"I bet you will big guy."

We watched as the nurse, Julie carried her over and cleaned her up and then walked back to Shawn.

"Looks like another girl for the family cuz" she said.

The nurse opened the curtain and said "well which one is the father?"

Gunner stood up and said "that would be me mam."

" No mam, just Julie. I am Shawn's cousin."

" Pleased to meet you, Julie."

" Well, what are you waiting for? Come and meet your daughter" she said.

I walked over and looked down at the baby. I kissed Shawn's forehead and said. "She is beautiful."

Shawn put her in my arms and I sat down.

"What are we going to name her?"

" Sunshine."

" I like that."

" Sunshine it is."

I stood up and put her in Shadow's arms.

"Hello there Sunshine. I am your uncle."

He then put her in Ryan's arms. I held this tiny little bundle in my big arms.

"Sunshine I will be your bodyguard too. No one will ever dare to hurt you or make you cry. I will be there to always protect you."

" Shadow said let me hold her again."

"No. She is happy with me."

Everyone laughed.

"Looks like she will always be in your arms Ryan,"

Shawn said. "She is so tiny and precious" he said.

He handed her to Shadow but watched him with her.

"Now, let me introduce you to my favorite cousin."

" Julie that is Gunner, my husband. That is Shadow, Gunner's brother. And the big guy is my bodyguard his name if Ryan but his road name is Devil."

Julie smiled at him and said. "I don't like that. I will call you Ryan too."

" Do you have a girlfriend?"

We watched Ryan's face turn red.

"No, I don't. Women are afraid of me. And I am not a handsome man."

" I think you are cute."

" Well, shit" Shadow said.

"Do all the women in your family stake a claim if they find someone they like?"

"I hope to meet you again soon Ryan."

" I am sure you will if you and Shawn have anything to say about it."

" She winked at me and said. If you don't want caught run."

" Then she walked out of the room."

We all laughed and Gunner said. "Ryan, I think that little woman is making a move on you."

" No, she isn't she is being nice."

" Ryan, I know my cousin. She likes you and she staking a claim. So if you don't want a woman I suggest you run when you see her around."
