Chapter 53: Rage Receives A Note

We were sitting around drinking and having a good time when a brick with a note wrapped around it was thrown through our window. Several men ran outside to see three bikes ride away. When they returned inside they saw the anger on Rage's face.

"Church in one hour. Call Gunner and get him here."

I was sitting on my porch drinking a beer when my cell rang.

"What's up" I asked answering my phone.

"Gunner, Rage called for church in an hour. You need to be here no exceptions he said before hanging up the phone."

Something serious must have happened for Rage to call church this late at night. I walked off the porch and got on my bike riding to the club. I noticed all the bikes at the compound as I turned mine off. I got off and walked into the club. I saw her sitting at the VIP table and my cock stirred. Fuck I miss her want her in my arms.

I walked into Rage's office and shut the door.

"Good now that Gunner is here we will get started."

I lifted the brick and said. "This was thrown through our window tonight. It had a note wrapped around it."

"It said if we do not take Shawn to Ohio City and drop her off at the field there and leave they will come and get her and destroy our club."

" I don't know who it is from there but I refuse to give my sister to anyone. You all know how I hate to be threatened and someone is going to die."

"I say let them come. Let them try and take one of our women. We are a club that no one will mess with. So, until we find out who sent this message I am calling lockdown."

" Get all your families here. Have the women make sure the freezers are stocked we don't know how long everyone will be here."

"You are all dismissed go get your families now."

I washed as they walked out of the office to do as they were asked. I looked over at Gunner.

"I can think of two men who could be involved in this. Dreamer, or Jerry."

" I would put my money on Dreamer. He was angry that Shawn sent those videos and that she left the club."

"I just don't know how he found out she was here."

" Doesn't matter. We do not take being threatened."

I turned to walk out of the room then stopped.

"Gunner, Shawn is not going to like this but she will have to move back to your room during the shutdown. I need her room."

I grinned and said. "Good, I can deal with her anger as long as she sleeps with me in my room."

" Gunner, you do not know Shawn very well. She will make your life miserable."

" Who is going to tell her?"

" I will tell her. Good luck than Rage."

I walked toward the door of the club and walked out heading over to the garage.

I had work to do. As I was working on a bike I heard yelling.

I looked up and saw Shawn screaming at Rage. I stood up and walked over and grabbed a beer and sat down in a lawn chair watching them. I think every club member was watching because no one ever yells at the president.

It was getting funny because we heard Rage say

"you will do what I say Shawn" than her yelling at him to get his head out of his ass he is not older than she is."

Next Rage yelled back at her

"if you do not do what I say I will have you placed in Gunners room with guards outside the door" we all saw her bring her fist back and punch Rage in the jaw.

Wow, she has a temper. He grabbed her and started to drag her toward the club. I gripped the arms of the chair to keep from attacking Rage for putting his hands on my woman. But I didn't move. He did what he told her he would do.

I finished working and closed up the garage and headed into the club.

Rage looked at me and said. "Watch your head when you enter your room. She is spitting mad."

I walked to the door and the guards stepped aside.

"You can go for now" I said as I walked into the room.

As I shut the door I locked it and put the key in my pocket. I walked over grabbed sweat pants and walked into the bathroom to take a shower. When I walked out I saw her sitting on the couch watching tv. I walked over and sat on the other end not to close to her.

"Shawn, were you ever going to tell me I am going to be a father?"

She didn't answer me. I turned and looked at her.

"Damit Shawn, I know what you think and you know I did not kiss that bitch."

" I know you have trouble trusting men but I only told her I would make her my mistress to find out what she was up to."

" It was the only we could get her to sign the divorce papers and custody papers. I would never have put you aside or take a mistress."
