Chapter 43: The members watch the practice

By the time that every member was sitting watching the practice, they could not believe how good the girls were. There were a lot of yells and clapping.

It was two hours later that the girls finished practicing. As they rode back to the garage and got off all the members were telling them how they enjoyed watching them and how good they were.

"We can't believe that anyone would want you to quit riding like that. We can't wait to see the full performance."

We carried our helmets into the club and sat them down on the table before grabbing beers and sitting down. Gunner and Rage walked in and sat down.

Rage made sure to sit beside Donna and that left Gunner to sit next to me. I looked at him out of the side of my eye and saw how handsome he was. I noticed several club whores walking by or calling his name but he paid them no attention.

I like a man that ignores the whores. Then I heard the door open and a pregnant woman and a handsome man walked in. I felt him stiffen when he saw her.

"Gunner, you promised you would not start anything."

" I won't as long as they do not set at the VIP table."

" They won't they already know that they no longer belong at this table."

" Only myself, Donna, Jean, Cammy, Shawn, and you as your my VP."

Jean leaned toward me and whispered. "I will tell you later."

I looked over at the clock and noticed that it was getting late.

"I think I will go to my room and get some sleep."

Gunner slid out of the booth and I slid out after him. Jean and Cammy followed me down the hall.

We all entered my room and Jean said. "That pregnant woman?"

" What about her."

" She was dating Gunner and the man, he is Gunner's brother."

" That bitch thought that he was going to be Rages VP so she fucked him and made sure Gunner caught them."

"Rage was pissed as he does not believe in that shit. Anyway, he got even."

" He made them get married and then he demoted Shadow and made Gunner his VP. That really pissed that bitch off. Rage also sent them to the Diamond branch in Florida for a year. Now they are back and she is pregnant."

"She is hoping that Rage will make Shadow his enforcer but that is not going to happen either."

" Why is that" I asked?

"Because Gunner's best friend and my old man is going to be announced the new enforcer."

" Are you telling us that Malice is going to be the enforcer?"

" Yep."

"They are announcing it this weekend. By the way. Gunner needs a date for that night. Will you be his date?" I smiled.

"Sure anything for Gunner to get revenge."

" Cammy, I know that you can't because you are married. So you can come along."

"I will let Gunner know you will be his date."

I watched her leave the room and shut my door. I walked down the hall to the VIP table as I sat down next to Malice Rage asked.

"What did Shawn say?"

" She said that she would by your date Gunner."

I smiled. I was happy she agreed. "On top of that, she said she would help you any way you need."

"Did you know she has a crush on you" I asked?

"What do you mean by that?"

" She watched you ignore all the whores trying to get your attention. She likes that about you and besides. She said when you were at the club kidnapping Donna's kids. She was drawn to you however you did not give her the time of day."

"She said she watched you from the time you came to the club."

" Did you know that she used to dream about Dreamer leaving her?"

" I know."

" I heard her through the wall of the motel room. She said since that night she has stopped dreaming about him. Now she dreams about you."

"Very funny Jean."

" I am dead serious."

" Whatever you say."

I said "I'm going to my room see you in the morning."

I walked down the hall and walked into my room shutting and locking the door. I heard they put Shawn in the room across from mine. I lay on my bed and thought about her. I was happy she agreed to be my date. I want to get to know her better.

I will ask her if she will go to breakfast with me in the morning. I stood up and walked over and knocked on her door.

"Shawn, will you have breakfast with me in the morning?"

" Alright."

" We can go to Bob Evens if that is alright with you."

" I would love to."

I watched as he went to his room. I shut my door smiling. I lay down in my bed and fell asleep.

I woke up around 9:00 and took my shower getting dressed.

"I heard a knock on my door, you ready?"

" Sure, let us go."

As we were walking out the door I saw that bitch and his brother watch us. I climbed onto the back of his bike and wrapped my arms around him.

Since she was watching I leaned forward and kissed his cheek. He saw what I was doing but he turned his head and kissed my lips before turning around and starting his bike.

I was surprised he did that but I didn't mind. When we arrived and got off the bike he held my hand as we walked into Bob Evans. While we ate we talked and got to know each other better.

Like me, he is looking for a woman who won't cheat and will love him for him and not want to change him.

"He talked about how I got even with all of the Rage Rider MC's that deserved that."

Gunner said laughing.

"I enjoyed it so much."

Ace even laughed.

"Ace is the only one who doesn't cheat on his wife. That is rare."

Then she said under her breath not knowing I heard her. I will never find a man who won't cheat on me. Hey, I said." Come on let us go for a ride before going back to the club."

He paid for the meal and held my hand until we got next to his bike. Before I put my helmet on he turned me toward him and kissed me. He licked my lips and I opened my mouth and he put his tongue in my mouth. I brought my arms up and put them around his neck. He then pulled me closer. We had to come up for breath and he leaned his forehead against mine and he said

"believe it or not but I wanted to do that when I first saw you at the Rage Rider MC."

"Come on let's go for that ride."

He got on and I climbed on behind him. I put my arms around him. I could feel his abs and wished that I was his woman. But, I'm not.

I can't let him get too close to me I know that I will just get my heart broken again. I can't let that happen. We rode around town and down the highway until he took an exit that leads to the beach.

We got off and walked over to a tree where he sat down leaning against it. He opened his legs and I sat between them leaning back against his chest. He put his arms around me and we watched the waves roll in and the little kids play.

"Shawn do you want kids someday?"

I sighed and said. "I do but it will never happen."

" Someday I hope to find a man who will love me and not want to change me or cheat on me. But that probably won't happen."

" What about you Gunner?"

" Do you want children someday?"

" I do. I know that you were told about my brother and what my one-time girlfriend did to me."

" I did hear. I'm sorry about what happened to you."

"You didn't deserve that."

" Shawn, you didn't deserve what happened to you either." I said and kissed the top of her head. We must have sat there talking for two hours before he said.

"We should get back to the club. It's getting late."

We stood up and held hands again as we walked to his bike.

When we pulled into the compound and got off the bike he put his arm around me as we walked into the club. I looked over and saw the bitch sitting with her Gunner's brother and she gave me a look of hate as we walked by.

Gunner and I walked down the hall and we went to our room to shower. After changing into shorts, tee-shirt, and socks, and knocked on Gunner's door. He opened the door and grabbed my arm pulling me into the room.
