Chapter 39: Keith watches Viper

I started noticing how Viper watched Shawn and I told my brother's of my concern.

Jerry said "if he touches her he is dead. I don't trust him."

Shawn looked over to where Jerry and his brothers were sitting and noticed the man they called Viper looking at her.

Jerry looked over and watched as Shawn put her finger up flipping Viper off.

Keith started laughing and so did Viper.

"That woman has guts."

Keith said. "That woman is like a sister to us and she has gone through hell."

"She fucking hates men now. All except us. She trusts me and my brothers."

I watched my brother Jerry look at Shawn frowning.

"Keith," he said.

"Shawn is up to something."

" I know, and it worries me."

We watched her walk out of the room and come back wearing her trail bike outfit carrying her helmet.

"Shit did we make sure to lock the back gate?"

" The one that has the jumps?"

" I don't think so."

Viper looked over and asked.

"What is she wearing that has you all worried?"

" She rides trail bikes and does stunts and shit like that. The bigger the jump, the more dangerous the jump the better she likes them."

We watched her walk out of the club. Next thing I knew my phone was ringing.

"Kevin you and the boys best get out here."

" Why?"

" It's Shawn."

" What about her she just went out to do some jumps."

" She is jumping alright but she is jumping "killer jump"."

" Shit stop her."

" Too late she has already ridden to the top and looking across to the other side."

"Boys, Kevin yelled Shawn is at "killer jump"

Viper asked? "What is the killer jump?"

" It's a jump no dirt biker has ever done and made it out alive."

Just as they reached the fence the bike rev up and the squall of tires.

"Then Jerry yelled were too late and they saw Shawn race up the ramp and was flying there the air."

She was doing fucking flips and then we saw her front tire hit the platform of the ramp and her back wheel catch.

"Jerry said I am going to beat her ass for taking 10 years off my life."

" But she made it."

A prospect said. "I have it on video. She made it. No one has ever made that jump."

We ran over to the ramp and then we saw her riding towards us. She turned off the dirt bike and took her helmet off and she yelled.

"I fucking made the jump. Do you believe it?"

Jerry was standing in front of her and was shaking her yelling.

"What the fuck do you think you were doing?"

" Shawn, you could have been killed. You knew that no one has ever made that jump and lived."

" I made that jump she said. I broke the record."

"Don't you get it, Shawn?"

" You could have died."

" So what I yelled back. I can die walking across the street. I can die every time I perform."

Jerry looked at a prospect and said "bring me a can of gas."

" You can't burn my jumps, Jerry."

" Yes, I can when it puts your life at risk."

" So help me god Jerry if you burn my ramps I will never talk to you again."

" Yes, you will" Jerry said.

"Really, try me, Jerry."

The prospect brought the gas can and Jerry holding Shawn back said "to pour it on the ramps and burn them."

"Jerry don't do it I screamed."

" Light the match."

" I fought Jerry and watched as they burned my ramps"

. I stopped fighting Jerry and he let me go. I got on my bike and rode it back to the garage and stormed into the club and straight to my room.
