Chapter 20 Seduction

King Timodore's eyes narrowed as he recognized the woman who is trying to disturb the peacefulness in his heart that he is trying to savor and enjoy.

"Sulie! What are you doing?" Straight away, King Timodore pushed Sulie aside and stood up. His eyes narrowed more as he shot Sulie with an irritated look.

"My King, I have been dreaming of this since last night. I know you do too." Sulie confidently replied, stood up too, and moved so near to King Timodore. The latter could almost inhale Sulie's breath. King Timodore shook his head in disbelief at Sulie's aggressiveness. "You should know how to wait. If I need you, I will knock on your door. Excuse me." He then turned around and left without giving any further look at Sulie.

Agitated, Sulie followed with her eyes, King Timodore's back. She felt so offended by the man's rejection of her. "You cannot just dump me King Timodore. I swear, you will be mine soonest,” she jeered. King Timodore returned to his sacred room. He felt turned off by Sulie's aggressiveness. Suddenly, he remembered that yesterday, his Queen Asalea also made the first step to awaken his arousal but he felt different. He was not turned off nor offended that she disturbed him. In fact, he took her to their room and passionately made love to her repeatedly. He laughed at himself; he knew very well the reason why. Queen Asalea decided to walk around the Glodeous palace. She found a very relaxing place just beside the palace's well-landscaped mini-park. It was the lanai area. The atmosphere is very relaxing. She sat on the big compy couch and laid her back on its softback support. She was about to close her eyes when Dreckos passed by.

"Dreckos!" she called him.

He turned to his left side and saw her. "Queen Lea. What are you doing here alone?"

"Just to take a minute to relax Dreckos. I find this place relaxing." She replied then asked him back, "Where are you going by the way?"

"Just looking for Toremo. I need to discuss something with him." Dreckos smiled at Queen Asalea and then excused himself thereafter.

Queen Asalea nodded and smiled back to Dreckos. She felt comfortable being around with Dreckos unlike with Toremo. Most of the time, she could feel Toremo's eyes deeply looking at her that made her feel uncomfortable. However, she never mentioned this matter to her husband to avoid any friction between him and Toremo.

Queen Asalea after resting for a while decided to visit her Knostican Palace where most probably her best friend Marshall is waiting for her. Not to get being noticed that she is going out of the palace, she made herself invisible.

None notice when Queen Asalea went out of the palace gate, not even the guards.

She ran like a flash so that she could immediately reach her Knostican Palace. She entered the palace still in her invisible self. She roamed around looking for Marshall.

She could not find Marshall. She decided to walk going to her father's and mother's thrones. She sat on her mother's throne. Marshall seems to have cleaned the place already. "Maybe he is thinking that I might really go back," she murmured and smiled.

She tried to relax while sitting on the queen's throne. She then realized that in Glodeous Kingdom, they do not have yet the Queen's throne, next beside the King's throne. She suddenly flipped. "Oh, yes, why I have not noticed it before?" with a creased forehead, she murmured again.

While thinking about her throne at the Glodeous Kingdom, Marshall arrived with food on his hands.

"Marshall!" she called and alighted from her mother's throne.

Smilingly, Marshall nodded at her and showed him what he got on his hands. "Foods, let's eat," he said.

"Hey, you cleaned the palace, and wow, also the dining area." Queen Asalea exclaimed when they reached the dining place of the Knostican Palace.

"Yes, because I know a royal blood in the name of Queen Asalea will be visiting soon," Marshall replied teasingly while putting on the table the food that he brought.

While eating, they talked a lot. They reminisced about their childhood and funny memories and never talked about those things that will make them sad.

"You looked happy and blooming Princess." All of a sudden Marshall stated.

Queen Asalea smiled at Marshall and nodded. "Somehow, something good happened yesterday. I just hope it will continue."

"Always be positive Princess, everything will be alright."

"Yes, I will. Thank you. By the way, I need to go back to Glodeous now. Would you want to come with me? I will introduce you to my husband."

"It is not yet the proper time Princess. I will tell you when." Marshall smiled at Queen Asalea.

After giving Marshall a nod, Queen Asalea stood up to go. "So be it then my friend, just tell me when you are already ready to meet King Timodore."

"Yes Princess, meantime, be safe as you go back to Glodeous. I will wait for you here again." He stood up also to accompany the Queen up to the gate of the Knostican Palace.

As Queen Asalea transformed herself to invisible, Marshall smiled. He knows then that she will be alright until she reached the Glodeous Kingdom.

He walked back inside the Knostican Palace and he went directly to the King's Throne and sat there. In his mind, he is thinking to recover the lost magic of this Knostican Palace especially that Princess Asalea is back.

"King Timodore, never hurt my Princess, or I will take her from you in whatever ways and brings her back to where she really belongs," Marshall whispered.
