From Here to Ecstasy
Chapter 11 - Accommodations

Recap:

I rolled my eyes at her stupidity. “Sure,” I sarcastically said as I folded my arms across my chest. “I don’t see it happening. And, why weren’t you at the meetings? The Alpha, our brother, called everyone.”

She rolled her eyes. “I was busy and couldn’t make it. I had important business to do.”

Busy, right.

I started laughing at her and shaking my head. “I’ll make sure to let my brother know you were busy as you did Henry during the meeting. I’m sure he won’t mind considering you were ‘doing’ important business.”

“What? How would you know I was with Henry? And, who’s your brother?” The stupid bitch asked.

“Our brother is the Alpha. I already told you he was, but I guess you aren’t very bright.” I turned toward the women. “Let’s go. I don’t want to touch anything in this store including her.”

We walked out of the store, leaving the bitch in the middle of her store staring at nothing. As soon as we got a couple of stores away we started laughing our asses off. We would try to quit laughing but then one of the women would say what I said again.

I was thinking about the bitch. I couldn’t believe she was once paired with our amazing mate. She threw him away, not liking he was a Gamma. How stupid could one person be? I’m sure it hurt Micah. I’ve seen what happens when mates reject their mates. I’ve seen the pain on their faces, in their eyes. I wouldn’t wish that pain on anyone.

“Anybody ready to go home? We need to get your new rooms set up,” I asked as their eyes widened.

Griffith, the, used to be Omegas, have been living in the cells. Can I bring them into the packhouse?” I asked quickly, not wanting to assume anything.

What? They’ve been living in the cells? Yes, they can have rooms. Tell them I said I’m sorry for not knowing about the room situation, okay?”

“We’re going to have new rooms?” Amanda asked as she smiled, a smile so big I was afraid her face would crack.

I nodded my head and let them know they were to have rooms in the packhouse from now on. A few of them cried and all of them hugged Winter and me. I made sure everyone was ready to go and see their new rooms, getting a ‘hell yeah’ back.

I teleported us to the packhouse, meeting Griffith and Micah at the door. Micah looked a little shell shocked as we showed up. I forgot he didn’t know all of our powers. Wait, it will be all of our powers. We needed to speak to him soon.

“Ladies, I’m sorry for not knowing about your accommodations. I have room assignments here. I hope you don’t mind that I put all of you on the Alpha floor. I want all of you to be close. I don’t want anyone messing with you. It might change later, but you will still be in the packhouse, okay?” Griffith told them, making sure they knew he was serious about them, or anyone, not getting hurt.

“Thank you, Alpha,” Joey and Amanda said together as they bowed their heads, the rest of the ladies following.

“Come on, ladies, let’s go get your rooms set up. Aren’t you glad I made you get stuff for your rooms?” I excitedly said as I started walking up the stairs. I noticed Winter had teleported their bags to their room. We had bought some extra stuff for their rooms, wanting them to have everything they wanted. We had noticed how some of the women would look at the price tag and put the items back, looking at them every time they walked by.

Winter's POV

We would all go to one room and fix it up, then to the next one. We all worked together to get them set up. We were laughing and cutting up, having a great time. We were dancing and singing to the songs on my phone. We were having a mini party each time we finished a room. It was the best time we had ever had.

I knew the women hadn’t had so much fun in a long time, if ever. I felt for them. It hurt knowing they were treated as badly as they were. I wanted them to feel as if they could do anything they wanted. I wanted them to build their confidence level back up and be the she-wolves I knew they could be. They were strong - stronger than they even knew.

Kaley, let’s heal their wolves. I’m going to ask them if it’s okay, I don’t want to do anything against their will. Are you with me on this?” I mind-linked her, knowing what her answer would be.

She nodded her head. “You didn’t need to ask me. I want to help them, too.”

“Hey, ladies,” I called them. “Can we heal your wolves. They need to be healed, too.”

They all nodded their heads, so I had them sit in a circle around Kaley and I. It took us about two hours and ten energy bars later, but we completely healed their wolves. I could tell some of the women were surprised they still had their wolves. It was one of the reasons I wanted us to heal them. I saw the happiness in their faces. I could feel their wolves as we introduced our wolves to them. The women were, once again, surprised our wolves could talk to theirs.

“Let’s go for a run. Who’s with me?” I asked as I stood up and walked to the door.

All the women stood up, smiling and laughing - all, except one. “Come on, Amy.”

She started crying and shaking. “I need to ask the Alpha if I’m allowed to or not. I don’t want him mad at me. Last time an Alpha was mad at me I was badly beat and raped by four different men.”

Griffith? Can you come to room fourteen?” I asked him through the mind-link, shaking in anger. I took calming breaths until Griffith teleported into the room.

“What’s the matter, Haley?” He asked as he rubbed his hand down my arm.

“Amy wants permission to let her wolf out and run. I told her she didn’t need it, but she’s scared she will be beaten and raped again if she goes against an Alpha.”

Griffith kneeled down in front of Amy. “You don’t need my permission, Amy. I will never beat you or rape you. Ever. My sisters would never steer you wrong. All I ask is you only run if you have someone with you.”

“Y-you w-won’t be m-mad at me?” Amy stuttered as she looked at the ground, making herself smaller than she was.

“Never. You have my word as an Alpha,” He said as I watched Amy’s face change into a smile. She knew he couldn’t against his word or he would lose his Alpha status.

Amy stood up and put her hand out, waiting on Griffith to take her hand. I could tell she was nervous to touch an Alpha, but she pushed herself to go against her nature. I watched as Griffith took her hand and pushed himself up.

Amy looked at us. “Well, if you’re waiting on me you’re backing up.”

We started laughing as I thanked Griffith, a lump in my throat at what Griffith did to ease Amy’s fears. I was proud of my brother. He reminded me so much of our dads. I was forever thankful to my parents for the teachings they had given us. We walked outside and walked behind some trees, taking our clothes off and hiding them up in the tree.

We changed and walked out, greeting each other by rubbing our fur against each other and bumping our shoulders. As one we took off running. I was in front and Autumn was bringing up the rear. We made sure the women were protected and didn’t wander off.
