Poem 19 - Real and fake

How's it supposed to be real when it's all just in your head

Sometimes I wonder how it would be like

If I was dead

Who will be there to heal my wounds

And besides, people are mostly fake

I know that I'm not like the others,

The person I used to be is no longer me,

And these wounds will take forever to heal

How's it supposed to be real when it's all just in your head

And I'm always slowly breaking inside

Just stay and watch me die

'Cause I know my scars will never heal

And you will never truly know how I feel,

So stay and watch me break

I don't know who I am and what am I supposed to be,

Intrusive thoughts are breaking my sanity,

How's it supposed to be real when it's all just in your head

Cause I know my scars will never heal

Couldn't stop getting attached,

But now I've started by the scratch

I hope these scars will heal

Until it breaks my sanity

What is reality, my shatters of sanity,

you will never truly know how I feel,

So stay and watch me break
